I noticed the team members being vigilant to observe the right parents were leaving the store with the correct children with a system in place.
The equipment looks quite new and not a lot of wear and tear on the equipment.

One of the best soft play places we’ve been to in Sydney. Lots for the kids to do - special mention about the inflatable slide which my son adored. Also very clean. Noticed a few comments about it being understaffed - we went when it was quiet but there was only 2 staff so might be an issue during busier periods? Nevertheless will definitely be bringing the kids back there

Good play centre tucked away in the side of the shops. Kids usually have a blast here!
Food alright, no outside food allowed in like most places. Staff normally good and helpful.
Big slide for the bigger kids.
Some of the little kids rides like the carousel and rocking boat are usually out of order but the kids don't seem to mind.

Love this place, been a few times now and even on the busiest days there is STACKS of room for the kids to play and parents to sit.

My 2yo and 5yo love it.

Everything looks clean and there is plenty of Balls in the ball pit.

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day. A huge inflatable slide that my granddaughter absolutely loved and various other activities including climbing structures, trampolines etc. No entry fee for adults which is great.

Had to have a birthday party inside, these guys were great. Super polite and made everything happen to create wonderful birthday experience. Will absolutely recommend and will use again.

Had my son’s birthday here and it was fantastic! Staff were great and accommodated to my needs. Food was delicious too. Highly recommended

Great place for kids. Huge giant slide that my kids love and lots of different areas for them to explore. Definitely a repeat visit!!

Good place to take the kids, especially on a rainy or really hot day. Food and drink available inside. Kids and adults must wear socks on the equipment.

Staff today were obviously very busy but they were still so helpful and interacted with the kids beautifully
