Mt Clear UFS Pharmacy

Mt Clear UFS is an excellent chemist. Kane and the team provide personal service and using medadvisor app to preorder prescriptions makes life easier!

I relocated from Sydney to Mount Helen in June this year & the staff are so friendly & kind even remembering my name from day one, very time I go in I am welcomed by my name as though I have been going in for years.
Its just these small details that make this pharmacy great.
They are often very busy but always happy to help.

Absolutely amazing service, I called to ask, I have mild Covid symptoms and had tested negative on a rapid test, I asked if this meant I'd be able to enter, or if I should organise for somebody else to pick up my medication. They offered to deliver it to my door step this afternoon free of charge. Helping people do the right thing and keeping everyone safe.

I find the staff here incredibly helpful. A few of us in our household have repeat prescriptions, so we are regulars here. They go out of their way to help and after 2 years we don't have a bad word to say about them. Huge thanks to the twinkly eyed Su who is always so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you, UFS Mount Clear!

UPDATE: Rating changed from 2 stars to 4 stars. I was contacted today about my review, and learned that UFS as a whole is moving towards being more sensitive about customers feelings towards things such as packaging and bags. I will be keeping an eye on this in future visits to this and other UFS stores.

Mixed feeling for my experience at this store today.

The first person I spoke to at the counter when I went to get my prescription renewed was wonderful, very friendly and polite, and didn't make me feel uncomfortable when I asked her to find out for me if there was an alternative brand for one of the items I was after that had less packaging - the one I had been using was terribly wasteful.

However, when I went to collect my items, a different staff member served me who was no where as helpful or understanding. He refused to take back the bag he placed my items in, despite me stating repeatedly even before he had placed the items in the bag that I did not want or need a bag. He claimed that he had to give it to me for privacy reasons, yet would not listen when I said that I understood that concern, however I still did not want a bag.

The saving thing was that at the payment counter, I handed the bag back to the server, who I hope understood what I was doing and put the bag back with the others for someone else to use if they need it.

I will be avoiding this store for now on where I can help it.

Friendly staff. Great service. If they haven't got a particular item you need they do their best to find it in other stores or suggesting where to find it.

Pathetic service every single time I go in there I’m sitting there for 40 minutes on Monday it was an hour when you say something your totally ignored if anything it makes thing’s worse that Cane thinks he’s Mr tuff man he’s just a rude arrogant person that shouldn’t be working with people at all people like that end up meeting the wrong person

This pharmacy is very unwelcoming won't give your prescriptions back upon request have no idea on problem solving or dealing with customers whom are unhappy don't take complaints seriously and when at fault laugh it off like it's a joke and above all are very rude especially to there members.l would not recommend this pharmacy.
