Great quality drinks. Varied menu and very friendly and efficient staff. That makes the serve time of this outlet comparatively much less. The outlet also has two self serve machines. The menu is easy to go through. My favourite is Lychee. And this outlet is my go to. One tip- try avoid adding ice, since the drink is anyway cold, avoiding ice will increase the quantity of the drink. Absolutely love it and will highly recommend ❤

This place is absolutely amazing! Every single employee greets me with a smile and is so efficient at making the drinks. I’ve seen this place at its busiest and it never impacts the customer service at all. I love getting drinks here with my kids we all love it. Definitely recommend!

Alternatively the quality of tea is great, as someone who doesn’t like mine sweet I always get little to no sugar and have never had an issue with the sweetness.

This is the BEST Chatime store I've ever been to! Staff are friendly and fast to make drinks, so wait time is less. Even when it gets a bit busy (which is expected), the teas are consistent and made well.

Chatime has since changed their menu back to having both the original menu and the Chatime Purple menu. The owners and workers are noticeably much happier and the shop seems to be swamped once again. I'm delighted to see the menu back to its original state and have continued to spend a ridiculous amount on tea each week.. No regrets. Staff are very lovely and Chatime is a great local favourite, 5/5 stars.

Similar to Macquarie Uni Chatime with the same staff. Seems to be owned by the same owner. Extremely fast staff and service and of course the Chatime product never fails to be delicious!

I love their new store layout and their bio degradable cups that they use for their bubble tea. Their pearls have always been a great consistency every time I’ve gone. I would recommend!
