Nothing but good experiences each time I visit!

Zoe is always fantastic! Nothing is too hard an ask. Recently I had a problem with my diffuser, Zoe was able to exchange it for me & give me some really amazing advice on the diffuser, oils, & reed diffusers. You are so lucky to have such a positive & customer focused team member.

Another team member just last week helped me locate an exclusive item that’s only available in select stores. She let me know which stores to visit to hunt this product down.

I absolutely enjoy all of my visits here! The staff are always friendly & want to help. I keep coming back because I know the service is good & the team are wonderful.

As far as I’m aware this store does not offer gift wrapping, so I’m disappointed with all the negative reviews regarding that! This is not the fault of the floor team!!

Exceptional service! Everytime I go in the ladies are so nice and willing to help. I was helped by a person named Siara and she went above and beyond to help me pick out a gift. I will return to buy more gifts in the future. The store layout is also very nice and spacious and easy to browse.

Great products, friendly staff. Coffee soy candle is my favourite. 3 wick lasts a long time and surprisingly leaves a decent intensity of scent.

It was a great experience, it was my first time buying from dusk. Well I wanted to decorate my house for my husband's birthday and I wanted to make it special. Tanya(if I remember correctly) assisted me very nicely with the purchase. She was very kind and patience with the service.
Will definitely purchase from dusk again.😊
