Doesn't look like much from the street, but inside, away from the pizza shop appearance, is an artistic offering of quality food with attentive staff. The gnocchi is top shelf, the steak cooked to perfection and even the kids' menu is full of quality.
Highly recommended.

Excellent Italian cuisine in a formal but not fancy setting. Probably some of the best pasta I have had including when travelling through Italy. Friendly service without being overbearing. I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice dinner out in Apollo Bay.

The food was delicious and they have a great selection of wines. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely evening and would highly recommend.

Honestly quite possibly the best piece of tenderloin (or eye fillet in aussie) I have eaten! Didn’t imagine it will taste this good in a small town. Good service and cozy ambiance. Tiramisu is great way to end the meal

Friendly staff, great food and a nice atmosphere and setting. A hidden gem. Really enjoyed the pork belly and fennel pizza and gorgonzola gnochi while the pear and walnut salad was also great. Took two groups there recently at short notice and they were great. They had made a long table for our group with soft lighting and a nice ambience. Food service was quick for a group and very much appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Just off tge main street. Highly recommended

Really good food! Absolutely loved the food, service and the atmosphere.

Really delightful experience from start to finish. Booked a table outside so we could bring our dog, the staff set it up just for us (it was raining almost all day and night) so that we were dry and warm on arrival.
The gluten free pizza base was so good I could have been fooled (husband is a coeliac), the duck was very well portioned and my prawn ravioli were hearty and perfectly cooked.
Decent wine list but the stand out is the service - the staff are friendly, fun and fussed over the dog. Great night out if you're in Apollo Bay.

This restaurant was my highlight in my holiday at Apollo bay!!
We had local mussel , day specials penne with chorizo. Oh my heaven!! Mussel was soooooo good!! We had to get extra ciabatta bread to finish all delicious sauce from Mussel.
Penne with Chorizo was another winner!! Smoky flavour Chorizo was so good.
We shared 2 main plates and we were so full !! Each plate is very generous serve !!
Desert was Affogato!!
Pouring the espresso over the ice cream was best choice to finish the meal.

The floor staff was super kind and friendly. We loved all experiences in this place.
Oh , last order is 8:30pm, make sure you get a table before !

So glad we dined here as part of the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival this year!
The restaurant is situated on a side street and is deceptively large inside. It was a set menu on this evening with two options per course so we both chose the King Prawn with Squid Ink Arancini (entree), Lobster Ravioli with Bisque, Cream and Garden Peas (main) and the Vanilla Panna Cotta with Passionfruit & Wakame Crisp (desert).
All the dishes were so delicate in their plating but also so flavoursome. This is not your average Italian restaurant and your taste buds will thank you for it.
In spite of the two sittings and it being such a big event for them, the service was without fault. From the moment we entered until when we left, we did not want for anything.
We can’t wait to go back on a ‘regular’ service to sample some more of this great restaurants offerings!

Great food. The service was excellent. The restaurant is huge (30 tables) and it was full - a good sign.

The snapper special and home made pasta was to die for.

Visited the area for two weeks with my wife and son and we came here twice it was so good!

I had gnocchi the first time and the chicken and mushroom ravioli the second. The ravioli was unreal. Used my potato sides to finish off the sauce, so damn tasty!

My wife had the barramundi on the first visit and the seafood marinara for the second. She adored both and I tried the marinara and it was delicious.

All in all, lovely experience and delish food. If you get a chance to go I couldn’t recommend it more.

Absolutely beautiful meals. We had takeaway pizza first night and loved it so decided to go back, this time eating in to try pasta. Meatballs were incredible and Gnocchi Ragu amazing. Definitely eat here if holidaying in Apollo Bay

We came here Thursday night, I had the chicken & mushroom ravioli & my hubby had the seafood linguine. It was ridiculously good. Really, REALLY beautiful. Dave looked after us & he was a smashing chap. Completely satisfied. Just sad that it takes over 5 hours to drive there. 😭🐷

We chose this restaurant with my partner to celebrate my birthday and what a great choice.

Service was excellent, but outstanding and the whole experience a night to remember.

I would recommend the Antipasto to anyone visiting this restaurant, I guess it took me back home for a minute.

We also got the whole baby snapper in the specials and the duck. Portions are way bigger than they look in Google pictures and I struggled to finish all what was on the plate.😂

I reckon the 4.1 stars come from the previous owner because as of today it is a 5/5.

I loved this Italian restaurant just back from the main street of Apollo Bay. The staff are friendly and food freshly prepared. I had the mussels on the first night and carbonara on the second. Wine from $10/glass. I would definitely return.

Can definitely recommend! Did not have a reservation and still got a spot. Delicious food to very fair prices. Had a pizza, the fish of the day and kids gnocchi.

Best to book, we got lucky sitting at the end of the bar, no disappointment what so ever still, best food and the service, great atmosphere, I'm halfway through my dinner and I've stopped to write this. 100% recommend.
Also, sitting next to the till we overheard nothing but good compliments regarding food, we will be back. Italy has nothing on this

Really really yummy food. I've been looking for a good crab linguine for ages and this place does it amazingly! Wine was lovely and staff were very friendly.
