omg it is so good and my local bubble tea shop everything there is amazing, tyy e customer service, the drinks and the tapioca pearls are so good, they don’t break in the drink or get soggy, i just love this place so much

Best place for bubble teas! I’ve been to others but these guys are consistently good.

I go here often. the stuff tastes ok but the biggest problem is that sometimes the staff do their own thing. I ask for less ice and normal sugar, but instead I get more of both also they are very annoying when it comes to the size of the drinks. they say I can only order large drinks when there are clearly small size cups there.

Drinks are exceptional but not the best, and the customer service sucks. The old lady and most of the staffs there is very rude, used to buy everyday but now I can’t even bother anymore. They were talking rubbish in Vietnamese in front of me, as if I don’t understand.

horrible experience.
I was ordering in Midway. The worker told me to stop and to speak properly and think about my order before I say it. rudely interrupted me, and I was speaking properly, just Racism and ignorance do not come here.

Just went today to purchase some bubble tea, most drinks are usually only available in the large size, instead of the small. When asked if they could put the tea we requested in the smaller cup they said they could only give it to us in the large cup. There is a certain lack of customer service and problem solving that the employees at the store have. The ladies were both rude and sat on their phones. Minimum spend is $10, yet drinks cost $7. Will make sure to never go here again!

They have a loyal tea card that chooses the lowest cup price to either have for 50% free on your 5th cup or 100% free on your 10th cup. I ordered 1 smoothie (usually $7) for 100% free and wanted to order 2 more cups (usually $6.5) but she said I can't as I already have the smoothie for free. So technically she forego $13 all because they wanted to save $0.50. I gladly took a trip to Westfields and ordered from Gong Cha and Sharetea that'll take my money anytime. I will also NEVER order from them again. Bye bye and good luck with your picky business.
