Just went there today
I go there at least 4 times a week spend more than $100. Today the same woman who I see almost all the time was there and I said to her casually “when I was at another lotto shop they said they couldn’t find my favourites ...” I was immediately cut off and told “I always do what you bloody tell me to do and nothing else, I did it, everything is fine from here” she slammed my tickets down on the counter, her face very angry. I said to her “I’m not trying to argue, I just wanted to ask if I should do my favourites through the system again” and my answer was “I’ve already done it, I did my job what do you want?”

So I picked up my tickets and walked out
