Coles Green Valley

I just wish to let Coles management know how much I appreciate the service given by Tony, at the self-serve checkouts at Coles Green Valley, NSW.

He is a natural with customers. He is efficient with guiding customers to an available scanning machine, fixing any problems when customers have an issue, is very observant with what’s happening around him, thus allowing him to assist the customers in an efficient and timely manner.

Whenever I go to the store I always say to myself, I hope Tony is on tonight. His friendly demeanour endears him to all customers.
He’s always smiling, engaging and very helpful. He has high emotional intelligence and is a drawcard for the store. I always feel valued when I finalise my purchases because of the exceptional customer service that I get from Tony. We need more people like him. And I love his British accent too 🇬🇧

A great place to work at for those who want the experience and knowledge of teamwork using skills you could easily learn from your own home.
Made great life long friends working there for just a week, imagine a year!!! Thank you for the opportunity 🙏 I'll be coming back and this time it won't be for work experience:)

Sometimes Coles has specials and then sometimes Woolworths. These two stores are so close to each other.

Great place to do your shopping grocery and the staff are so friendly.

Amazing click and collect service. We have had ongoing issues with car spaces being available at other Coles locations (edensor park) and have found that the click and collect spaces are always left clear at Green Valley!
Staff are friendly and polite, especially Deb. I am very thankful for this store to be my local Coles.

Usually do my click and collect orders here, love the convenience of having my shopping brought out to the car, though very rarely does anyone help me load them into the car despite what the sign say. This evening I had a lovely woman named Deb bring out my shopping with a smile on her face and helped me load the shopping into the car, making sure to carry all the heavy bags. What she probably couldn't tell under my baggy jumper was that im currently a few months pregnant and appreciated this more than she knew, as I was worried about holding the heavier items. Good customer service definitely deserves to be rewarded, thanks so much Deb!

Great place if you need something late and the other shops are not open. Great friendly staff. Now much easier with the self service area

Tony the Englishman was impeccable in his customer service role. He had the many customers coming into the store as well as at the self service area under control. His pleasant & confident nature made me comfortable shopping there. He is an asset to your store!

Now Coles have easy accesibility for parking since they introduced pay parking after 3 hours. In my opinion it gives every one a chance to have an easy parking after 9am. In the near future may be they need to create more space for parking as Westfield is upgrading his building so more shops more cafe and more people coming up.

staff are beautiful and help as much as possible. coles could bring more of there no name brands things back on to shelf would be nice like the coles toilet paper

Live Coles, but they need to train the young staff how to oack shopping bags, I had a hot chicken put in a bag of chocolate and chocolate biscuits also dog food and laundry products put in with human consumption food.
Again I don't blame the young kids I blame Coles for not training these kids properly.
Coles do not blame senior staff its your responsibility as an employer to make sure they are taught properly.
Other than that I love Coles

Would love to compliment Thomas at the check out of the valley plaza branch.The young chap consistently provide excellent customer service and always go beyond the call of duties.He should be promoted.Definitely a valuable asset to coles

Good shops but hard to find parking as it's a popular place

Great place for food shopping and great prices changed a bit but it has a thing at the end of the eslie to tell you where everything is

Love the greenvalley coles team also can tell there's a new store manager as evan the staff seem more happy the old store manager needed people skill training and hope she got a lesson in how to treat her customers and staff better.
