Not as busy as the Cole’s on the opposite end of the plaza, but always have different items on special in comparison to the Coles.
Friendly enough service and lots of self check outs

I don't usually leave a review but this evening I was served my the most friendly staff, Ramiah. She was so patient when my card was declined. She tried to calm me and waiting patiently until I got the payment done. She also packed things nicely. She should deserve a good customer service award.

Most friendliest customer service I've had in a while! The lovely young lady (I believe her name is Gloria) really assisted me with everything I was after on my last minute Christmas shopping. Definitely coming back here!

Great service each time I go there. Whenever asking the staff for an item they seem to know their stuff and are friendly.

The store itself isn’t the biggest or has bakery but has baked goods. Their kids free fruit is always great with a good variety to keeps the busy while I shop. Other Woolies at times only have one type of fruit or it’s empty.

This review is my simple way of saying THANK YOU to Ramiah, one of the Woolworth staff members.
I went to woolies to ask for cash out and didn't realise that I need my credit card for this operation as I always use my phone to pay. I liked her initiative when she used her own card to get the cash out for me and she doesn't even know me!
The amount wasn't worthy but her initiative is absolutely worthy and I can say that she went beyond and out of the customer expectations.

Such friendly staff take a minute out and take to them. Lovely people down to earth will get out of their way to help you . Thats the only place I go to shop. Keep it up Woolworths.

Staff here are amazing. For a smaller woolies store, I can always find what I need at Green Valley.

I like this small centre as it does not get to busy, there is always a parking spot available and coles and woolworth's close at 11pm

love green valley shopping center cause it has Coles and woolworth's. Restuarant vegetables shops everything you need as i rated 5 stars 👍
