I was looking for a new running shoe and Jacob was so helpful. He was quick and professional and able to immediately fetch 3 pairs for me to try on, and explain the differences between them and highlight their pros and cons. I was so impressed and happy with the experience :) Thank you!

Loved the shoe-buying experience here. Really knowledgeable and friendly service. I feel like I walked out with the perfect shoes for me. They have a very advanced 3D scanner that shows you the details of your feet. My experience was helped by Chris who was excellent and patient and a dead ringer for Bradley Cooper. There’s nothing like having a Hollywood star tie your shoelaces. Expert level service in a mainstream retail outlet.

Great setup with foot scanning and step analysis. Hudson helped me try on a few pairs of Hokas but none of them were quite right for my odd-shaped feet. Excellent service though and well-deserving of 5 stars, even though I didn't buy anything.

Peyton was amazing. I went in there looking for shoes based on recommendations from the podiatrist and she was very knowledgeable, patient and didn't push the sale (I didn't end up buying a pair as they only had black and white of the shoes I wanted left). She also searched online for an older version that were on sale and checked if I had any vouchers to use. Highly recommend!

They really know what they're talking about here! I mean they might just sound like it, but they did enough to talk me into buying some shoes that I find very comfortable and easy to run in, despite my feet feeling a bit worn out and sure before I came in. I knew I wasn't coming for cheap shoes, but you get what you pay for, right? I felt that I was looked after in any case, so I think it was worth a bit extra.😊

"Will you look after the new shoes?"

We recently bought two pairs of school shoes for our daughter. The shop assistant was very helpful with the selection. However, what really made an impression is her question to our daughter at the end, "will you look after them?". I don't know if this question was her idea, or the shop's policy, but what an excellent promise to ask kids to make! (I wish it makes more impression on our daughter too.)

Exceptional customer service. Getting shoes for my son is challenge and we had spent a couple of hours at another place and it was a nightmare as he is very fussy. I went to Athlete’s foot with no hope but was pleasantly surprised. We were served by Eddie who was a life saver ! He really clicked with my son , took all his measurements and found him a shoe that he liked. Would definitely go back when we need shoes next ! Highly recommended.

Exemplary customer service. Belle and her staff have helped my wife and I for over 8 years now. They are our go to footwear specialists. Belle is simply wonderful with a caring, approachable attitude to all questions.Cannot recommend this shop enough.

Great staff, very efficient & knowledgeable. Been coming to this store for years. I was looking for a pair of work shoes, they did not have my size but they ordered it in in less than a week. When I went in to pickup I was attended to by a new staff member the moment I walked in. She got a senior staff member to helped me. They made sure the shoes fitted me comfortably. I highly recommend this store staff.

This is a great shoe-shop! The staff are friendly and attentive. Whilst they rarely have stock of the model and size of shoes I can wear, they are always happy to order it in. They are always good with telling us which laces and such will fit. This is the only shop that seem to know how to fit those with orthotics, so that is also very helpful.

Absolutely amazing service from Bel. Had a pair of faulty shoes that I need to wear Daily due to a broken toe. They didn't have replacements so she allowed me to keep the shoes while I waited for the new ones to come in and suggested the reason they became faulty was due to my socks being too short. Not only helped me with a replacement but also helped me not make the same mistake with the next pair. Bel was very helpful and friendly

Very helpful and friendly service, staff called Michael measured our feet and explained all the options for us. I can say that we are very happy with our new running shoes. Prices were not too different from other shops. Overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. If you are looking for nice shoes with a good fit I highly recommend this place.
