Spicy beef noodle - nice handmade noodles of various thickness and width with delicious tender pieces of beef. Good spicy kick for those who can tolerate it.

Came here mid day in July. Staff friendly and greet you with smile . Can watch noodles being made by the noodle master through the shop window . In the past I’ve stirred my own noodles but the noodle master this this for me. Which was good because I got take away and it prevented the noodles from sticking together. Really nice flavors was like I was in Xi’an . Support this business! Amazing food!!!

Their hand made noodles are amazing with reasonable price. They serve so fast, considering they cook to order plus it does not even take 10 min on busy thursday night. Great customer service, friendly staffs. Having a groupon promotion is a huge plus too. Overall definitely coming back, yum.

$13 for the best bowl of noodles I've had in a while. Something very different! Had the tomato egg and pork mince with biang biang noodles. The thick noodles were delicious as was the sauce and toppings! Really surprised me.

I ate here tonight and i can say the food was absolutely amazing. It was obvious the ingredients and noodles were fresh. Be warned if there is a chilli symbol on the menu near what you're ordering then believe it will be chilli. I tend to stay away from chilli food but it was delicious.

Yummy authentic Xian hand pulled noodles. Noodles pulled on the spot. I always get the Spicy Lamb and it never disappoints 😋

Always come here and get the vegan bowl... Not sure how it's possible, but they seem to make it nicer everytime 🤤 👍👌Amazing!

A great addition to the food court. Instead of having to travel to Burwood, it's assuring to know there's a Biang Biang noodles in the West!

The texture of the flat noodles is smooth and velvety, and sits well with your tongue. The meat is flavourful for value and it's a great choice for lunch or a quick meal. ⁣⁣⁣

Handmade noodles made on the spot - very very different and good. Customer service could have been a little better. The communication was weird hence why we got Beef dumplings instead of the Egg & Chives one! But Thank you for listening when I returned to tell you have made the wrong order!

I had the spicy lamb noodles. The noodles were fresh and fabulous, but I wish the lamb had been braised more, it was a bit rubbery. Still, really enjoyed my dish.

The noodles here were surprisingly good! Was expecting something that was a maybe a little better then 2min noodles but what I got was a really good bowl of noodles on par with some restaurant or better
