We’ve bought most of our major appliances through winning appliances. They have good knowledge and experience with the products. Delivery was great. Prompt and they took care to get the gear installed. They have a big range, but not all appliances can be available for display. They’ll price match where possible

We are renovating so went in to select new kitchen and laundry appliances. The salesman who helped us gave us a quick rundown and offered us the opportunity to look around before he took our orders. He seemed surprised we were ready to proceed. This suggests that a lot of people go there unprepared. We had already reviewed a fair bit online so quickly selected an oven, cook top, range hood, dishwasher, taps, filter, sinks refrigerator and washing machine and dryer in quick succession. I think we were done in less than 30 minutes. Our salesman helped us pick in our price range, gave us discounts and emailed everything to us and well within our budget. He really knew his products, their strengths and weaknesses and which models suited our needs. I was really impressed. They also offered to discount the prices further if we could find a better deal elsewhere on any of the items. Highly recommended.

Repeat customer. Always happy with the brilliant service. When I asked about a dishwasher repairman a few years ago, they took the trouble to check and found out my dishwasher had an old recall on the electric board and would be repaired for free 12 years after purchase. Now that is good service!

Really impressed with how easy and fast buying a good priced and good brand dishwasher was from Winning through the online store. It was delivered quickly at no extra cost. Haven't needed to use their customer service so i can't comment on that but I can recommend based on their online service. 👍

We purchased all our appliances for our kitchen project from Winning Appliances Northmead. Susheel our product expert had very good knowledge of all the products and guided us to make the right choice. He was also able to negotiate competitive prices. He provided support through the whole order process and with the changes and was such a pleasure to deal with. His customer service skills are exceptional. Delivery of the appliances was also well organised. I highly recommend them and will certainly purchase appliances from them in the future.

Brilliant customer service !!! We had a terrible experience at the Crows Nest store today and thought winning Appliance may not be the store for us but decided to drive up to Northmead store to try. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Matt and he took excellent care of us. Within 30 mins we had create the project and finalised our purchase . Highly recommend the store.

Recently bought a washing machine at their website and can only say good things about the experience, not to mention their low prices. The fact that you can book the delivery during the purchase process is invaluable. A staff member called me on the day to let me know the driver was on his way to my address. Delivery and installation were quick and easy. Everything was done efficiently and professionaly. These guys are absolutely smashing. Keep up the good work!

Ease of doing business = Very Easy - The site is very easy to use, it was seamless and didn’t require an account. More than enough information was provided notifying next steps. Received a digital copy of the invoice proof of purchase.

Price = They beat all competitors = For me it worked out $119 cheaper than all major competitors for the Fisher & Paykel 7kg Vented Sensor Dryer DE7060P1 $70 cheaper and free delivery, Free disposal of existing appliance, and Free simple installation to where other competitors would change $49+.

Delivery Communication = Excellent, I had delivery scheduled and unfortunately I was called into work. The delivery person was super helpful and was happy to deliver the next day. They also confirmed with me of the next day delivery and called again the next day before delivery.

Delivery & Installation = Wow, blown away by the service and dedication - They were very polite, installed the dryer and even went through its features and accessories it had, provide tips and tricks and showed they actually knew the product they delivered. Puts all other competitors to shame where their delivery sub-contractors are in an out. 3 delivery staff attended and spent the little extra time to really raise the bar for great service.

Outstanding service. I've been ordering a lot of things online & had an issue with every single supplier, except Winning Appliances. They supplied exactly what I ordered, sent me an email & text first thing on the day of delivery with a 2 hour time bracket for ETA, then sent a text from the driver virtually EXACTLY 30mins before he arrived, advising he'd be here in approximately 30mins, & delivered on the day they promised.

Bought new oven. Great service
