Been here a few times during my introduction to cricket this year. All of the staff I have encountered are very helpful and polite. As someone who has had the misfortune of some nasty cricket bat cracks, I can attest that their bat warranty system is very good!

Excellent range of all cricket gear. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable (opposed to "normal" sports stores that have zero knowledge of cricket!) Highly recommended 👌

A nice store with friendly staff who were helpful with what we needed. They didn't have stock of our size but phoned their other branch to confirm stock for us.

One stop shopping for all your cricket needs. We can find the products in all ranges and for all ages. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Parking is available behind the sports centre and we can also park in streets beside it.

A couple of time the balls I was looking for was out of stock but they got it from another store for pick up the next day.

This was my 1st visit here and absolutely loved this place... The best thing about this place are the staff.. They exactly know how to treat the customers... Definately a 5 on 5 for customer service... I was here to buy cricket gears and loved the number of options I had..the staff have very good knowledge about all aspects of needs.. Also plenty of parking space available behind the shop... If you are looking for cricket gears, this is the place !

We reached there just before 20 mis from store closing time, although it was very tight schedule, Sales person Col attended us very patiently. I would like to appreciate Col for helping to find the right pad, guard, helmet for my both sons. My both sons were happy with the right kit and bag. Col, the salesperson was kind and calm while explaining the types of pads & helmets. I recommend this store. 5 out of 5.

Picked up my son's and my own gear we ordered today. Had some stock reserved and items brought over from another store. Dave and his team were so accomodating and great to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases. Unreal customer service and happy to have a chat. Dave gave me his card and I am very happy to direct all future business his way.😊

Col, the salesperson was kind and calm while explaining the types of bats and their purposes. He clearly explained on the process of maintenance of the bats.

I have found their staff very courteous, smart and professionals. They have varieties of brands and reasonable prices and their opening hours are also great.

Kingsgrove is the only place for cricket. Had been serving Sydney for close to 40 years. One of the owners are almost always in store. Service level never drop.

Great products at Great Price!
I was greeted by the person in-charge and he knows thoroughly about everything.
I bought a thigh pad and a pair of gloves from their home brand and indeed it was a great deal.
He explained me the difference between the choices I had and helped me in selecting the right product!
I will certainly go to them next time as well!!

Fantastic help. only place I buy my kids bats from is this store.
They understand that this is vital piece of kit and are prepared to spend a hour per child and suggest what is ideal and I NEVER felt that I was pressured to buy more expensive bat and we NEVER felt hurried to make a choice.
They also have so much knowledge that they freely share.

Have been shopping at Parramatta store for last few years. In My personal experience, you get good personal care if you get served by the correct person. There are few who just try to sell something. I can recommend guys like Colin, Shiran who always take their time and share the knowledge which makes our life easy choosing the right product.

It was a very good place to find practically any sports gear or equipment. The equipment for cricket was the most abundant though. The staff also helped us out a lot and were really friendly.

Took a couple of cricket bats that required new handle rubbers. Job done with no extra cost to fit. Fantastic service. Thanks guys.
