Nothing but exceptional service from the guys at The Lifestyle store. Peter, Nathan and Cameron have been extremely helpful and patient with me and assisting me to get my husbands Christmas present set up and working perfectly! The guys even stayed back after hours to make a cable for the turntable and speaker cables that I needed in time for Christmas. Unfortunately I had forgotten to buy an amplifier so they were very quickly able to tell me exactly what I needed and post it off express post at no additional cost. Now I find that an upgrade I bought is the incorrect one and they are more than happy to replace with the correct one!
Living in Darwin it was difficult to make my husbands dream of an awesome turntable sound system come true but these guys certainly did it! Thank you for the kind, patient and exceptional service to all the staff who answered my calls and text messages!

What an amazing journey. It started around 18 months ago. I met Brendan at the store and explained we were building a new house and was looking at various home theatre and home automation solutions for our build. We established a budget and Brendan helped spec up an overall package for home theatre, home audio, home automation and integration, and lighting control. The end solution that he came up with is pure quality and it surpasses our expectations.
The team who installed the system were great to work with. Kept the place clean and tidy and took a lot of pride in their work. Many thanks to Adam, Rafael, Mark and everyone else who was involved with this install.
I will definitely come back to Lifestyle Store to add a few things in the near future!

The offer of assistance within 30 seconds of being in store is a rarity these days, that alone will keep me interested. Then I discovered this is a business with actual stock on the floor that matches the website I was looking at an hour before. The gentlemen who served me demonstrated superb listening skills as I explained just once what I wanted and my intended use of that equipment. He showed me a small selection of options, quickly narrowing down what worked best for my application. A decision was made and I am now the owner of a Cambridge Audio amplifier, bought for a very competitive price. My request for a certain sound with a simple operational design could not have been better met. Rare to find attentive sales people who know both their products and have the awareness to allow the customer time to make the right choice. I could not be happier and now have the perfect opportunity to upgrade my floor speakers. Thankyou Life Style Store, the amplifier is so much more than I expected and delivers on all fronts.

I decided to visit the life style store at North Parramatta and boy did i make a great decision. These guys are the best in the business from affordability point of view to the high end. Over the past 3 months I was told by so many different types of theatre stores the type of set-ups I should run for my home without the slightest consideration to my house plans.
I was completely heading into a deep rabbit hole before i was greeted with high respect and honesty from Peter and Andrew who have been the pillars of this store.
The knowledge and commitment from all the staff to make sure I was satisfied was very pleasing. Peter went above and beyond to explain and show me the difference I have been advised and at the end I was completely impressed once my home theatre was completed. Thank you boys and I wish you guys all the best for the new year and hope to refer you guys to anyone seriously considering a proper home theatre set-up.

Having owned and operated a retail store for over 18 years I know what good service looks like and the service at the Life Style Store is second to none. Jamie was a dream to deal with. Despite my many questions Jamie spent the time to answer them all fully and guide me in my product selection for my use case. And icing on the cake, the price for the package was the best I could find. That said never underestimate the value of good service and good advise. If peter wasnt involved, I would give 1 star rating for the service but he quickly turned the tables after returning from holidays. Since then, I just had an amazing experience with the lifestyle store! I purchased a Paradigm home theater 7.1 setup and while there were some delays in delivery, Peter went above and beyond to help me out. Absolutely spectacular! This is one of the best stores I've ever been to. The setup these guys have is amazing. We were given hours of attention and presented with so many great options. Andrew was really knowledgeable and very attentive and patient. Also just a really nice person to deal with. On top of that everyone else we met in store were super friendly and helpful. I honestly can't speak more highly of our experience here. It exceeded all expectations.

Randomly thought about Life Style store today, ~3 years after I purchased a system that I'm still stoked with to this day.

I had exceptional service when I went in to trial some speaker and amp combos. Nicest guys, super helpful. I rocked up dirty in steel caps and high vis straight from work and they didn't bat an eyelid letting me sit down and test a number of different speakers.

I was upfront with budget. They were not pushy at all, but were helpful in educating me what I'd get if I dropped an extra 15%.

Ended up with some Dynaudio Evoke 10's and a CXA81 and the setup is perfect. Get the same joy every time I turn it on as day one.

The store followed me up twice a few days and a few months after purchase to check how the setup is going and if I needed any advice getting the most out of it.

A sound system is a lot of money, but you're in very safe hands with this store.

How can I recommend these guys highly enough? I don’t think I can but I’ll give it a go. I ordered a new TV in the first week of December through Lifestyle store that isn’t available in any of the ‘big’ retailers, a very hard to source TV (particularly in NSW) that was a Christmas present to myself (I’ve been waiting for the right 85 inch TV for at least 18-24 months). There was an issue with the first attempt at getting this TV (damaged in transport-nothing to do with Lifestyle store)) and I was beginning to worry that I might not get the replacement before Christmas. An absolute legend by the name of Peter Kassis stepped in to make sure I received my TV before Christmas, Peter spent many hours over a span of a week on the phone and emailing the relevant parties in an effort to get me this TV on time. He was still chasing it at 11pm on the 22/12/23 (a distribution warehouse was having trouble finding it) and at close to midnight he finally had eyes on the TV and sent me a few text messages showing it in the warehouse. This warehouse was in essence closed for the Christmas break at 5pm of that day. I don’t know how he did it but he organised for the TV to be delivered to me the next day (23/12/23) from a warehouse that was closed! Peter went so far above and beyond what any reasonable person could ever expect to provide the greatest customer service I’ve ever heard of or experienced. Lifestyle store should be paying this man his weight in gold,, I will forever be a customer of this man and this store. Peter wasn’t the only person doing all they could for me and I’d like to thank them all for their amazing efforts, the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. 5 stars doesn’t do these guys justice, thank you Peter and the guys from lifestyle store for the best purchasing experience I’ve had in my life by a long way.

The Life Style Store had a cracker of sale after New Years. After emailing the team on New Years Day, to my surprise Peter (Kassis, Showroom Manager), responded to my query with availability on the very same day (New Years Day public holiday).

For our appointment, we met with Andrew (Lambeski) who guided us through the entire process. We explained as we had just finished the build of our home, we had our theatre wiring pre-completed and we had a relatively modest budget to complete our home theatre set up. Home theatre set-up's can become incredibly expensive for those that aren't aware, but Andrew was very tactful working within our means - advising us which area's to prioritise to get the best "bang for buck".

Cameron youre a superstar. With an hour of calling, you came in on a Saturday, programmed, sorted our wiring and got it going for us. Our kids haven't stopped watching movies all weekend.

I bought a full entertainment system from lifestyle store. These guys have everything you need! There was a bit of a stuff up with the order, but Peter K got involved and absolutely resolved everything fairly and efficiently. I ended up getting an awesome deal and got a 5 star service. Their logistics team, Emmanual and Solomon were gentlemen! Went out of their way to deliver the goods upstairs and respected our house by taking thier shoes off (didnt even have to ask). Great recovery, lifestyle team!

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this company. I ordered an item four weeks ago and I was told it would be available in a week. After two weeks, I called to check on my order and I was told it would be available the following week. It is now four weeks later and I still have not received my order. I have had to call the company multiple times to follow up, and each time I am given a different excuse. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
