I had to do an online return. As I approached the counter, the person serving me greeted me with a smile. The process was quick and painless. She seemed well educated about the shoes I was returning since they were a little bit small. Also, helpful about another matter.

Not sure what the girls name was but was checking out at the store around 5:50PM 26/06/2022 and she was absolutely such a gem! So bubbly and chatty and such a positive vibe from her. I had being shopping for almost 4 hours restocking my winter wardrobe and just wanted to go home but her awesome personality really put a hop in my step!

Had such an amazing in store experience the other week! I wish I remembered the name of the staff member but she was so lovely, assisted me in buying a jacket and a birthday present for my sister. Super knowledgable, honest and patient. Will be back again!

The Sales rep last late Tuesday afternoon was really helpful and patient as well as being well knowledgeable about the products being offered. She had made a few suggestions and explained the pros and cons based on my wife's needs. My wife walked out confident she bought a great product and couldn't be happier.

There aren’t many retailers that offer the kind of personal, friendly and warm customer service that this store offers.

I’ve browsed, bought and exchanged and every time I walk out more brand loyal then ever.

Their guys range sucks. It’s small, but the staffs genuine care and attention to detail makes up for it.
