Fantastic Furniture

Bought a Venus single bed for my daughter and Melony and the young man in there were so lovely with great customer service. We were greeted but given time to browse. They were lovely to my daughter and helped when it was time to choose. We also had a breezey pick up process and back dock worker was lovely. Just really great customer service and will definitely be shopping here for our next purchase.

I wanted to give a mention to the store manager Kris. I had to bring back a faulty product and he made the process seamless and simple. You would not receive better service or communication anywhere!!

Wonderful customer service at Warrawong from Daniel. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable and he guided his advice with regard to our particular circumstances. He went out of his way to make sure we were very happy with our purchases and gave us some great ideas for future home improvements. Thankyou Daniel, it is rare these days to find someone who obviously loves his work as much as you do. He's definitely an asset to Warrawong Fantastic Furniture.

I came back and forth as we were deciding which lounge was the right lounge for us, and then all his help in adding on the little bits and pieces of furniture we needed to finish off the kids rooms was just wonderful. Ordered online with in store pickup. Pickup was quick and easy. Bookcases look FANTASTIC with my pop vinyls and statues 😀

Went it picked out 7 things we were after, staff was incredibly helpful, everything was in stock and delivery was arranged and delivered as per the timeframes I was informed of. Went in to buy a new mattress and the guy working informed me if it was purchased from here and hasn't been 10 years I can potentially get a new one through warranty, they have an absolute no BS warranty policy it was so quick and easy and I now have my new comfy mattress in a days turnover, staff are humans not robots as well everyone was kind and wanted to see my warranty get sorted

I and my family have bought quite alot of furniture from Grant and staff over the past 6 months. Every time i have been there the service, help and advice given has been great. I have never been pushed nor pounced on when i walk in the door just a smiling face and hello. 5 stars it is. 😊

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The showroom is easy to navigate with a great range to choose from and very well presented. I have no issue recommending products and my local Warrawong store. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

Really happy with my warranty service - Had a bed frame that just would not stop squeaking so I contacted the store and they offered me an exchange straight away. Couldn't find a new frame I liked, so decided on a new matress and topper, the topper wasn't in stock so they shipped it from another store for me. Free delivery and pick up of the old bed frame. So easy and helpful

Wide range of furniture to choose from. Friendly service. Unfortunately the item I cose was no in stock however my order was placed online with guarantee 1-7 days for being available, within 3 days I received notification it had arrived. Easy pick up - I chose the wrong colour, contacted Fantastic and was encouraged to bring itback and see if they had an alternatve one in the colour needed. Thank you Fantastic and your caring staff.
