I recently purchased a bed and mattress from here and was so impressed with the customer service. The shop was very busy but the lady who assisted was so helpful when selecting items. The small delivery fee was also well worth it and the delivery people were so efficient and accommodating. Highly recommend you start here for your furniture needs.

The items were very nice and affordable. The customer service was amazing! We were greeted by a lovely lady named Louise who was so so kind and helpful. I ended up buying the piper couch from here and its probaly the most comfortable couch I have ever owned.

We have shopped there for years and have purchased many items. All the staff are always very helpful and friendly ( friendliest staff we've ever come across ), special thanks to Sue. We received our new lounge within a couple of days. The two delivery guys were very friendly, courteous and professional .
We highly recommend this store.

Am happy with the service I received. Both sales assistants (lady I made the sale with and another lady I enquired with about a due date) and the delivery men were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, due to COVID19 and the Wharf strikes my buffet was delayed. The item is lovely and well made. Will definitely be back to buy more items for my home. Thank you.

Awesome service! Said 2 weeks delivery. Arrived in 3 days. Weren’t too pushy with the sales and gave you a block of chocolate for your troubles. Love the lounge we have, would highly recommend.

Purchase large rugs and they were very helpful as I live in a different state.

Went today to have a look for a few things, we were served by Louise who was so lovely and helpful. Got a great deal on a sofa and was even given some chocolate as a thank you for shopping! Friendly staff and great prices and selection of furniture.

My husband and I visited the store yesterday and your staff were really amazing. I have never experienced such fantastic service in any other store I have been in, ever. No exaggeration. All of the staff are a real credit to you and your management style. We spent quiet a long time in store and they were all super friendly and helpful to every customer. They are truely awesome.

Big thanks to Lorraine for her great Customer Service. Browsed on Saturday looking for a new TV unit as finally going to buy a flat screen TV yeah and looked at some lounges. Had Lorraine assist us. Went in today Tuesday 2/5/17 to put on lay-by the TV unit and ended up also buying also a new lounge, carpet mat for lounge room and side table so did well. Lorraine went beyond making calls to ensure stock available for the side table to get for us from elsewhere, double checked everything for us.

Absolutely fabulous store. Excellent and very friendly service. Prepared to go that extra mile to assist the client. Purchased a large number of items having just built home in area recently. Excellent quality and wide variety of stock. Will be returning shortly to furnish the last of the bedrooms. Very definitely good value for money

Update ...I had a problem with a part on a 2 seater ,the friendly staff replaced the part immediately .I would highly recommend SEL-f-LESS to anyone looking for new furniture.
