McDonald's Fairy Meadow

The older lady who served us was really helpful and understood what older people's needs are, recommending how much we had to spend to get a free seniors drink. She delivered our order to our table and was really busy, yet helpful to everyone she served.

Even in the chaos of NYD we still got our order in a timely manner. They kept their cool even in the thick of it

Great maccas. Was quick hot and fresh.
I gave them about 10 custom orders ( steam bun, extra pickles, no steam bun, extra sauce, no pickles, extra onion)
They gave me everything I wanted no with no dramas.

Nice and easygoing McDonald's location. Not often too busy despite being situated on a major road. Customer service is fast and good quality.

I honestly never thought I’d leave a 5 star review of a McDonalds but this was the best Maccas I’ve ever been to. 5 stars all round

Their breakfast muffin burgers are actually hot with food flavour, unlike some other Macca's outlets.

Reliable and convenient service, good food.

Their customer service is pretty good. They'd made a mistake on my order which was annoying but the team leader fixed it up with a fresh new burger which was so fresh that it was probably one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had anywhere before and they were polite during the whole thing.

Standard MacDonald's, has it all. Chips were old and cold, which is always a good measuring stick. Clean and tidy, just need to improve the fries!

Pretty good will come again.

We did a drive through so i can't remark on atmosphere. Meander is Macca's. Everyone that works there are already happy and pleasant, without exception!

Don't know what all these negative reviews are about. Being a 24 hours McDonald's it might be that you can have very different experiences depending on the time. We went there for lunch and were served by the super lovely Barbara. Was a really nice stop!

Food is always great, very quick most of the time and always accurate to what I ordered. The team is highly dedicated and professional. Appreciate the dedication, they always seem to bring their best efforts even when very busy.

So handy on way back to Sydney to grab a coffee and snack as we headed back to Sydney.
We'll set out with inside seating as with undercover seating outside, little individual booths to sit at.

Very efficient today. Just what we needed. Wifey loved the heated Apple Crumble muffin. Didn't expect that.

Great coffee. Fast service! Just passed through to grab a coffee but saw they have a playground for kids! Coffee was delicious!

Went to McDonald's Fairy Meadow on Thursday night and was greeted in the drive through by Lauren. BEST customer service I have ever received! She genuinely made my night and man oh man she deserves to be promoted or given a crown or something. She is a Queen 👑
