I’m a long time repeat customer of Harvey Norman Warrawong. Purchased a mattress from there today, was served by the very lovely and helpful Becky from the bedding department. The best customer service, highly recommend to others in the market for a new bed. Overall super happy with the customer service I’ve had in this store across all departments.

Had the best experience today thanks to Vicky in electronics. From start to finish she was nothing but HONEST and exceptionally professional and after my previous experiences with other Harvey Norman stores, Warrawong will be my preferred store for future purchases. I’d like to acknowledge STEVE in the electronics Dept. For a young guy he’s sales skills are fantastic. He enjoyed his job and enjoyed explaining the items to us. His knowledge was brilliant and whilst not being pushy , he told us all our extra options and we were happy to buy extra items due to his information provided. He took the time to break down the financials and benefits and you could tell he was happy doing so. I’d recommend anyone heading out for electronics , head to see Steve. Working in retail sales for many years and being able to identify the passion and skills needed to be not only able to sell, but also have consumers feeling they were appreciated , it’s rare to come across these types of salespeople in 2023 , I’d hire Steve in a heartbeat . Good young kid, thanks Steve .

I have been shopping for a new bed for a couple of months and couldn’t find anything I like. I actually got to the point where I was going to give up. I went to Harvey Norman Warrawong today where I met the salesperson in the bedding department. Her name was Becky. Becky took the time to listen to my needs and my issues with my current bed. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Becky showed me a bed which I immediately knew was going to be my new bed. The bed met all my needs and the comfort was next level. I bought it on the spot. Becky was amazing and I recommend anyone looking to get a new bed go out to Harvey Norman Warrawong and ask for Becky. This was the best customer service I’ve ever had. You won’t be disappointed

Natalie from small appliances is a legend. Our kettle broke and I ordered a new one online, she got it ready for us instantly she went above and beyond to help us out. Truly grateful. Thank you so so much.

Couldn't fault this place. A step above the rest. Quite a large store and has everything you could possibly need to either set up or upgrade your home. The difference here is the staff and the quality customer service they provide. We dealt with probably 5 or 6 different staff members over a couple of days, all from different sections of the store and every single one of them was friendly, kind, helpful and above all, honest. They aren't out to sell you something for the sake of it. They will spend the time, talk you through different options and genuinely find you something that suits your needs

My partner and I popped into Harvey Norman look at laminate. They have a great range and we were approached by a staff member not long after arriving.
We also went to small electrical and bought a Star Wars electric toothbrush and Frozen electric toothbrush great bargain $50 down to $19.95

We got a great deal (floor stock) at Harvey Norman on our fan force oven. Danny, the lovely man who delivered our oven, was amazing. He was efficient, friendly & took everything away. He also noticed that when he removed the bubble wrap, there was a small dent on the front of the oven. I called the salesperson Matthew & spoke to him, I handed my phone to Danny. I heard him say he saw the dent. My question is..... Why didn't Matthew tell Danny when the oven was picked up. Quite rude of that salesperson. We could've blamed Danny. Matthew was in no way apologetic

Steven from the Computer/mobile phone section at Harvey Norman Warrawong was amazing. He gave great advice and not only sourced a photo card reader for my iPhone, but got in his car and drove to the warehouse to get it as there wasn’t one in the store. Amazing customer service! Thank you!!!

Recently bought bathroom fixtures at Harvey Norman Warrawong with Brent and Harvey. Amazing experience. The support flexibility and advice expertise has saved us so much when dealing with our builder. So Happy with the team at Harvey Norman - they are the best.

I visited many different service centres for bathroom-ware around the Illawarra. I have met many people to try and assist with our new home being built. The service portrayed and information conveyed was exceptional from Brent who I met through Harvey Norman Warrawong.

Brent is different, he understands the situation and genuinely tries hard to deliver a product the customer is after.

We would like to thank Brent at a higher level who exceeded our expectations.

He assisted us like it was his own home and we are very thankful for that.

We saw Brent, approx 3 months ago and he should be acknowledged, honoured for his great service!
