I have been visiting this clinic for many years. They alerted me for my heart problems in November 2023. I can’t thank them enough for the professional services provided. Please visit Dr Fox and his team (specially Dr Ting) because they care about patients.

Dr. Ting is the most amazing, caring doctor I've seen. He's very patient, which helps a LOT as he's helped me through a ton of mental heath issues and kidney problems.
Reception are also very very kind. I came in extremely upset after a mental health trigger, and one lovely lady came over to ask if I was ok and comforted me until Dr Ting was ready.
Thank you for looking after me these near 10 years, Dr. Ting, and this clinic since I was a child.

Great customer service and very helpful doctors all the time. Nurses are amazing too.

I’ve had occasion to use this medical practice several times over past three years. Issues have varied from the very serious to the more minor. I’ve had a different GP each time but they’ve all been fantastic! I love the flexible hours available including weekends, bulk billing, proximity to a great pharmacist, AND the young woman on customer service is absolutely lovely!

Fantastic clinic! We are so lucky in Geelong to have access to such an amazing service! I've been coming here for 7 years and would never go elsewhere! All doctors are compassionate and highly experienced. Five stars!! The reception staff are always willing to help, provide advice and are smiling!

All of the negative reviews seem to be overly dramatic and not super rude and I do not understand why. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience each time I have been going here, over 5 years or more. The Doctor's are great and well practiced, might have to wait a little bit but you're not going to die with a common cold so get over it.

Dr Faizal Kassam is an exceptional GP. He is knowledgeable, experienced and has great clinical judgement. I find the admin staff to be helpful and efficient.

Dr Ali Hasan is amazing!
Very compassionate doctors and explain any details needed to understand what’s going on.
Reception staff are fast and helpful as well.

I have never experienced such kind, caring and extremely efficient reception staff than at this medical clinic. The doctor I saw was extremely experienced and definately knew exactly what was wrong with me. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you GCMC, defiantly 5 stars

The receptionists are always kind and helpful and Dr Jamie has helped me a great deal even though I called him Dr Jerry. A number of the other doctors there have been very helpful too.

So many thanks go to Arleen, totally calmed my nerves, she is the best and then Dr Jerry - he didnt yell at me just wanted to get things sorted and thats why i went back.

Been coming here since High school always sees patients promptly never had an issue with staff friendliness
