KFC Unanderra

Wanted to do a shout out to Keiran the assistant manager on his brilliant customer service.
He had great energy and promptly served me guiding me on catering options. Despite me offering to do two trips to my car with my order, he immediately grabbed the order and assisted me to the car. Very kind and great personality. Thank you Keiran.

Been to numerous KFC's, over a very long time( I'm old) and I was quite surprised at the cleanliness of this shop, food was hot and fresh, we had a meal deal so the price was great too and the customer service was excellent, well done to the managers and staff of this store!

Stopped by two weeks ago on a Sunday, Store manager was hands on working extremely hard. By far the best KFC we have had in a long time, Everything we ordered was fresh and finger licking good! Best KFC manager on the south coast! :)

A very busy place, but their food is always hot and made with care. Staff despite being busy are polite.

First time, excellent service. Served straight away. Freshly cooked, quality excellent. Highly recommended.

Visited not that long ago, they had a young kid working the register on his first day and he was struggling a bit, but he had good help from the staff around him and was able to get through the order. The service was fast and came out hot.

ordered the zinger box with wicked wings. BEST wicked wings I have ever had.

This is the best KFC in this area. It makes other KFCs outdated.

Most cashiers are friendly and approachable

Always really busy here at this location, but the line moves fast. It's KFC! the comfort food that we all have a favourite story to tell that involved sharing a bucket of the famous fried chicken. Don't forget to try their chips, with their chicken salt they are my families favourite fast food chips, and that's a big deal 😉

Pretty top quality food. Staff are friendly. Location is alright. However we have had slight order mishaps in the past.

EDIT: As of 2023 there has been an absolute legend taking our orders and fulfilling our cutom requests. Food quality has gone up a lot since!

Nice spot and friendly staff

This is the best KFC of all locations. Its always busy but they are quick. They always get every order correct, unlike every other store who always forget something. I watched my meal being packed through drive through tonight and the young kid was quick and efficient and looked like he enjoyed his job. He handed me my order relaying my order details back to me with a smile. I seen his name tag said Lochlan! Good work Lochlan, you are an asset to any employer.

The young boy who served me was an absolute delight! I think his name was William. Was super friendly and service was great :)

Two small boys were out the front, saying it's a long way home to get $2 for a drink each. Asked them what they would like? Its rear but glad to see they had manners.
