Woolworths Unanderra

A great store, recently refurbished. A good produce area, as well as good variety of bakery goods. However there is no toilet, which became an urgent problem for us, requiring us to leave the store.

This is my go-to supermarket, I often find myself stopping in for an item or two on the way from work and it’s always very clean and staff are always attentive and polite. I came in for a refund of an item over $30 a couple of months ago and the man assisting me was extremely friendly and helpful, Im very grateful for the employees as many of them have become familiar faces. My only issues with the store are problems that can’t be solved by staff, and said staff are always putting in their greatest effort.

The bakery/deli products are always great quality, the shelves are always well stocked, I don’t think I’ve ever seen any mess at all in this store either!

The best thing about this store is the awesome service and the ladies that work at the deli dept. They keep me coming back. Always service with a smile and go that extra mile for you. Keep up the great work ladies. 👍

It's always clean and easy to navigate. The selection is easiest the largest in the Illawarra plus you have the ease of their new feature 'Scan and Shop' so you can avoid using self checkout at the end. The staff are always friendly and helpful when needed as well.

One of the best Woolworths around..... Second to the one at Shell Cove, however it's brand new an architectural triumph that resembles a cresting wave, aesthetically stunning.
The layout of Woolworths Unanderra is sensible plenty of space with wide clean aisles.
Excellent variety of products. The produce section is amazing making everything look appealing.The baked goods are quite good which is more than I can say for most Woolworths.
With always happy to assist and friendly enthusiastic staff this one is a pleasure to shop at.

This is one of my three favourite local Woolworths Stores. Great selection, specials and mark downs always on offer. Shelves always well stocked. Staff friendly and helpful. Store toilets are ok if you are desperate. Parking ok but can be busy depending on time of day. Good selection of other shops within walking distance.

The staff were wonderful my wife took sick while we were there they couldn't do enough for her we love shopping there it is so easy to find everything

Super helpful staff (particularly night shift... Unless it's 5 minutes to closing time, manager will always open a checkout for customers who require one.) Plenty of parking. BWS and Country Grocer in same compound. Best supermarket in the district.

I can’t thank enough the security officer, Jamal, who found my wallet and handed to the front counter staff, Nat & team at Woolworth Unanderra for safekeeping. Because of their diligence and integrity, I was freed from a nightmare involved cancelling cards, license and more.
Jamal has politely refused to accept a small offer as a token of my appreciation, and cited what he has done being ’it is my duty’.
I hope the management can recognise and knowledge staff involved for maintaining positive customer experience.

Woolies is one of the most covid aware shop in the Illawarra region, as not much else is open these days. Thanks to the global pandemic but you can always rely on Woolies to get you through this ordeal. Cheers 😊👍. Wow, i can't believe how much everything has gone up in price & not by a few cents either! I guess everyone is jumping on the band wagon since the election & the war a million miles away in the Ukraine, very disappointed from a pensioner!

Your place is amazing and the girl with the girl with red hair is very disrespectful but the other employee are just so nice
