My favourite hardware store. Knowledgeable, helpful staff and quality products at competitive prices. Easy to find items you need and staff are always nearby if you need product advice. They also have a very rewarding loyalty program.

A great place to go for all the home and garden needs! I went in and dealt with Sharion and she was so so helpful. Sharion went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident using the products I was buying to make my garden beautiful. Each time I have visited, all staff were friendly and very happy to answer and questions I had. We will definitely keep coming back, and what a bonus to be able to support a local business.

The ladies in the paint department are amazing!! Called and order a speciality paint product specifically so I could finish off a project. No one else local stocked it or could help me. They jumped on and got it in for me within a week!! So lovely and helpful.

My hubs had purchased the wrong item, so I took it back and the lovely lady at the paint desk was soo helpful in trying to locate the correct item, even made sure my account was correctly amended.
The staff here are very attentive and helpful. No i don't know them personally.

Fantastic old school hardware shop with great customer service. Lots of variety but not overwhelming with too much stuff. Most definitely my choice for handyman stuff over the big chains.

Went there today for something staff are awesome so much more helpful than other warehouse staff which I won't mention. definitely will shop here from now on.

They may not have everything but every time you go there, the staff are straight on board to help you. Unlike another big warehouse which I won't mention, these guys know there stuff and you won't be walking around for an hour trying to get help.

Recently renovated inside and outside, so some things have moved around, but it has helped to brighten the store, which improves the shopping experience. Staff are available and helpful.

There aren't many local hardware stores around anymore - but there's a reason why this one has survived the test of time
