Laverty Pathology

After reading the reviews, I was bit concerning.
However, the guy who helped me is really nice. Not much pain. very friendly. Awesome experience. Plus place is clean and new.

Very convenient to have a Laverty Pathology in the city. New and clean. You enter and have to take a ticket number and wait until your number is called - very straightforward. Collector was very friendly and nice. Will definitely visit again for tests in the city

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR FORM ALREADY PRINTED OUT.
We were treated appallingly by a very apathetic Dash, who refused to assist when he was presented with the form via a QR code.

When asked if this problem had occurred before, he begrudgingly admitted it had. But admitted even the bare minimum of a hand written note on the front door had "fallen down" and he didn't have the inclination to fix it, to prevent others from wasting their time in the waiting room.
Apparently, sticky tape was beyond his ability or comprehension.

Dash and the pathology lab displayed a very clear indication that they did not care for the time or inconvenience they caused their patients.

A simple note on the front door could have prevented a lot of distress for many people.

I had the most traumatic experience at Laverty Braddon today!!! I am a nurse by profession and was never scared of needles until today!!! The phlebotomist butchered my arms today because he was fishing for veins - I’m not sure if he’s inexperienced or he’s mind is not 100% focused on work but he traumatized me so bad! He only stopped fishing when I told him it’s getting painful already. He was even throwing the excuse “you’re dehydrated” when he was fishing but when he changed the site, blood filled the tubes straight away so I am not dehydrated at all! It was this morning between 1030-1130AM.

Only takes paper forms, can’t accept anything digital and apparently you can’t even email them an attachment, even though there is a computer and a printer in the room. Absolutely ridiculous.

The place is well located, clean however it is meant to open by 08:30 but the collector arrived at 08:55. Not all tests are available here. I have been advised by the medical practice to wait as the collection centre operator is regularly late.
On the positive side, he does have a good technique but should get up earlier to start on time.
