I became a kikki k member a while ago. Unfortunately for the last 2-3 years I didn’t get my birthday voucher from Kikki K, even after I emailed the guest experience. The voucher is a simple fun, so I kinda care.

I went to buy 2023 diary yesterday and I spoke to Polina (I’m unsure the staff’s name but my receipt says her name is Polina), and explained the voucher situation. She checked the system and make sure I get the voucher next year. To my surprise she gave me a belated birthday voucher that I used to pay my 2023 diary. It’s a simple happiness, and I appreciate her to understand that.

I like my diary, but I enjoy more the experience I received yesterday 😊

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered assistance.
The lovely young lady that served me gave me several options for what I was after and explained the differences, saving me time.
She also acknowledged other customers that entered while remaining focused on serving me.

I ordered 5 of one item. Notified they were shipped then notified I’d been refunded for 4 not shipped. Seriously silly. Who thinks a customer who orders 5 of an item will accept just 1. I have no use for 1. Now I need to return it. This is very poor customer service.

Don’t guarantee faulty products - staff clearly want to argue and defend their position even as customer is purchasing a replacement for a faulty product. Bad service and unpleasant experience. No apology ever extended for faulty product by either staff member. A simple "Im sorry" would have gone a long way - instead I received rudeness and sarcasm
