Ahmed is a legend, thanks for your kindness this morning. Helped me save money on my fuel and had a great attitude towards the customers in the shop. Keep up the good work.

I went to 7/11 Braddon to get 4 dozens original doughnut. I normally had to collect the doughnuts myself, but this time, a gentleman works in that store, his name is Ahmed, did it for me collecting from 8-10 different boxes to make my 4 dozens originals. A very gentle, polite and helpful person, very rare to find in Canberra stores. So happy with his service.

Ahmed Sir is a legend, very well professional staff and very polite at all times, good customer service, I always highly recommend, the staff here are really friendly and helpful.

My mum had a fall outside this 7Eleven. The staff were so kind, they gave an ice pack with no charge and had a First Aid kit on hand. When we came back to say thank you and pay for the ice pack, all the staff knew about her fall and were pleased to put a face to the story. They refused to take her money. The owner, Ahmid, personally came out when he heard who mum was. He had already lodged a complaint with the council (beware, the pavement on Cooyong St is very uneven due to the trees). He had also looked at the CCTV footage but the incident was out of range. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and community mindedness.

Family run with very friendly services. I go most days for my daily coffee and i am always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed and comfortable. I could not recommend Ahmed and his lovely family enough .

I have been to more than one 7-Eleven in the USA, Japan, and now Australia.
I'm convinced it is the go-to place when I need coffee, water, deodorant, etc.
Staff will always be hit or miss on helpfulness but that's not why I'm there. This is a good store in a great location.

I've seen them (being in the CBD) deal with shop lifters, crazies, poor manners, houseos, and normal customers.

I came daily here, Not because their coffee is best in town, it because their service is Best in the CBD. Really helping and fun loving people especially I want to mention Ahmed.

The guy working there always banters with me and it's much appreciated. A good start to the day alongside the $1 coffee, which is great relative to its price.

I agree with the other review from Luke. I see these guys every morning for my cheap $2 coffee (that is as good as any other $5 coffee) and they always give great friendly service.
