The team member in the returns section was beyond talented, professional and compassionate. Aidan was assisting my dad in swapping a shirt. My dad has some issues with his short term memory and Aiden went above and beyond, quickly solving his request and bridged gaps for my dad without being asked. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance.

I love the range of options at the Big W's.
A little sad to hear they don't offer photo printing anymore. Of course the best place for self service photos is office works.
However if you're looking for socks and jocks look no further than your local Big W.

Often offer a great deal! I got 4 big plates, 4 medium plates and 4 bowls for a set for just 12 aud. Location wise is very ok and reachable, huge store for everything u need

The male staff member on the electronics desk in the early afternoon on Thursday 4 January was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. A refreshing change to the attitude of staff in the same area at Big W Woden.

Just bought roughly 15 books today, two gentlemen at lay helped us find them, kindest guys

Absolutely love it.. starting from kitchenware, utensils, their collection is quite appreciating. Recently they are offering some budget deals for stationary. If you are a city dueling one, it's a daily stop for you.. happy shopping! Chao.

We saw lots is young people bought daily needs such as pillows from this shop. It is close to ANU.

Students buy stuff here to help them settling in like kitchen utensils, iron, laundry basket, shampoo soap etc. It is affordable.

I do like this place,one of my favourite places to shop.And quite often stumble across some amazing bargains like getting the winter stock reduced.l also go here for lego sets,they usually have what I'm looking for.

The staff were so helpful! Not in a Bunnings fake kind of way where everyone asks if you need help even though they don't really care that much, but in a really genuine way.

We needed some help looking for a toy that the website said was in stock but wasn't on the shelf. One staff member went above and beyond helping to find them (I didn't catch his name unfortunately) and then another staff member named Andrew jumped in to help.

Very busy in the shop today, had an item that was not scanning at the correct price. Pressed the assistance button on the scanner & was helped in the next minute. The guy who assisted me was very friendly & got it sorted in no time.
