Old Bus Depot Markets

This was my first time at the Kingston foreshore and it was a nice little Sunday market.
There are two levels where the bottom level has different food stalls from Jordanian, Ethiopian, Korean and Filipino cuisine to bagels, fresh produce, BBQ rubs and cannolis.
The top level has craft's and clothing stalls. It's a good little stop to break up your Sunday.

Love the food stalls here, international meals (falafels, dumplings, pretzels, donuts, pastries, wraps…) come and have a great bite. Variety of small local shops (jewellery, gifts, clothes, decorations…) spent 1.5 hr

Nice little market with various options of delicacies and a great place to experience the diversity of people coming to this place.

So. Much. Fun! Really excellent market with a great range of stalls - more crafty than some, but plants and art and food and all sorts mixed in as well. Lots of easy parking (but go round the back, not what Google takes you!) And some great food trucks and places to eat outside. Highly recommended; put this one on the regular rotation.

Great market. Plenty to see and buy. Loved the fact everything was well placed not crowded all together. Good food stalls . A good place to go especially if you are on holiday in Canberra.

The market opens from 9.30 to 2.30 but sometimes some of the stalls have late closings (the good food has probably run out). I recommend you to try the Jordanian and Laotian cuisine, they are great!
The fudge sold here also tastes amazing.
Keep in mind that there's a glasswork museum next to the market which is worth visiting.

Awesome Sunday market, a combination of old trinket items including books, to artwork/craft to lots of handmade jewelry, a few crystal shops, and a whole lot of fresh food and baked goods in the downstairs section. Loved it so much I will be back

Lovely place. My favorite stall is the one selling glass artwork. So cute and reasonably priced!

Good place to visit on a Sunday morning. Lots of arts and crafts stuff to see. Lots of food stalls to explore. Found a stall (very close to entrance) selling super delicious pastries.

I love going to the old bus depot market; there are so many new food stalls. The best part of buying things from the market is being able to talk to the person who makes them. Buy local

Amazing markets with a variety of stalls. Not extremely large, but plenty of options. There's a great vegetable stall, fresh juice, lot's of great food options, a pet shop, art, plants, and a non-food area with mostly jewelry, clothes and crafts.

Full of local artists selling trinkets mementos and souvenirs.

Food includes Middle Eastern cuisine and also African cuisine, food that you don't see very often. There is of course the famous orange juice stand that has been there since forever. Tons of other shops and stalls selling sweet treats and tasty snacks.

Great place to take people who are visiting Canberra or a great place for a chill afternoon with family.

I've been regularly attending the bus depot markets for years simply because of how enjoyable of an experience it is. I love the atmosphere here, and the stallholders are typically so friendly and always up for a chat. 10/10 good vibes! The food options are amazing (I recommend the Jordanian and Ethiopian cuisine stalls), I've bought plenty of healthy indoor plants from here, plus lots of cute and unique gifts. Live music is almost always on which is nice, and the location is perfect for a stroll along the lake afterwards.

Old bus depot market is one of the bests if not best one in town. You can find handcrafts and foods here more than anything. But the variety is interesting enough to bring me back here next weekend. Prices are not much cheaper than other weekly markets. But acceptable.

Excellent familiar place to share good mornings with everyone.

Always worth a visit . Some great fresh produce, street food and hanixrafts

Nice place to find pretty jewelry or clothes or decoration... I really enjoyed wandering in this big market. You can also try a lot of nice foods and drinks as degustation for free. Tea, bread, gin... A lot of options to eat, from barbecue to Asian food. Also Indian food, meat pie, Turkish.... it was really busy but nice to see :) I recommend to take the food and to go closer of the lake to enjoy the view while eating.

Great place to wander round on a Sunday morning. Good variety of stalls including fruit & veg, bakeries, jewellers, arts and much more. There was also a great selection of food which included cuisines from Laos, Ethiopia, Jordan and South Korea on our visit

Ethiopian food is good, toilets are surprisingly clean, beautiful hand crafted items, and tasty looking food. Nice market to visit often and is also next to a lake
