Staff were so lovely. From the beginning we had a legend named Tom who helped us with our tonne of bags and was so happy and supportive. Dahlene was the housekeeping staff member who looked after us for our 3 day stay, she was excellent. The only negatives for me were the bedding, it isn't modular sheets it is just one chunky blanket which you stuck with and I found it too hot. Other than that, no complaints from me

Loved this hotel! We stayed there for a few days in January. It’s gorgeous, luxurious, and the rooms are very spacious. The service is excellent - everyone was kind and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous!

We really wanted to try high tea, but couldn’t get our act together as we were traveling with two little kids.

The hotel flooded when we were there (torrential rain!). Our room was on the ground floor and got flooded. They moved us to the top floor. We had tons of luggage and they moved all our bags for us then gave us free drinks for the trouble.

The gym was also fabulous - tons of excellent equipment. We didn’t try the pool, but it looked nice.

Location was fine, depending on what you’re looking for. The lake was right there and we enjoyed nice walks around it. There were a couple of restaurant options nearby, besides the ones at the hotel.

Highly recommend.

Amazing Hotel, the Rooms were quite spacious and the bathroom with a tub and shower was beautiful. Le Labo products were my personal highlight and the service of the staff was without question outstanding.
Piano players from time to time and very elegant flair throughout the hotel. I also visitors the clubhouse for the pool and spa are, a little small but enough to relax after a long day.

We didn’t stay at the Park Hyatt but decided to have breakfast here as our favourite Cafe has permanently closed.

The breakfast at the Park Hyatt Canberra was a highlight of the weekend. The buffet offered a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including freshly baked pastries, a variety of hot dishes, and a generous selection of fresh fruits and juices.

The hotel's elegant ambiance and attention to detail immediately set a luxurious tone, the family has decided that the Park Hyatt will be our accommodation when we return to Canberra.

I attended a conference at the Hyatt, great venue. The continental breakfast was quite generous. Coffee was great! The whole atmosphere is very pleasant.

Was taken out for high tea. What a truly lovely and beautiful setting to have it. The food was so good, beautifully presented and scrumptious.
The staff were fabulous. Attentive and going all out to make the experience special.

A beautiful place to stay in Canberra. Though not in the city, it's better because there are so many attractions within an easy walk. We stayed in a beautiful King Suite which had a couple of nice lounges to sit on and a fabulous large bathroom. The room was so quiet, clean and spacious.
Loved the leafy green gardens and sitting area for coffee and nibbles around the main entry. The live harpist playing was surreal. I thoroughly recommend this beautiful place.

Great hotel. Large property with many places to explore and enjoy. You can enter from the front to the second floor or from the less crowded rear on the first floor. The rooms are nice and updated. The service was great from everyone. Many dignitaries from the embassies use the facilities. The location was great.

We loved it here. The rooms are large, clean, restaurants are yummy, must have their breakfast buffet, its amazing. We really loved their gym (it's a proper gym) and the swimming pool is our sons favourite. The location so super central, 5-8 minutes drive all too major attractions such as restaurants, zoo, Questacon, dinosaur museums etc. This will be our go to Hotel if we are in Canberra again.

Fabulous hotel in Canberra. Probably the best hotel in town. Nice Victorian style feel to the hotel and it’s only 3 storeys high. Best location near the annual flower show and the river and just a short walk to some of the best museums and art galleries in town. Rooms are nice and the restaurants are good too. Despite being a Park Hyatt property, it has a nice club lounge. Has a nice walking and cycling track just next to the hotel. A must try in Canberra!

Great location and exceptional service. My wife Sonia and I would like to thank Tulasi & Jemma for looking after us and spoiling us at breakfast every morning. They're both lovely people and we will not be staying at any hotel because of their kindness and service we've received.

We booked for the High Tea and it was delicious and delightful. Fantastic service and beautiful food. We weren't able to eat it all. Try the bespoke tea blends.

The Hyatt never fails here in Canberra. Rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The king bed is divine. The almond croissants for breakfast are the best, but they are not served everyday.....hint hint. Close to the Parliamentary area and so a short walk to everything you want to do as a tourist.

The room rating has been substituted for food quality, as we visited for the high tea. Fantastic food, in a wonderful setting, with great energy. Highly recommended.

Stayed here a couple of times years ago but we were pleasantly surprised with the Awesome service on this trip.

Checked in and the concierge was so helpful with parking options. We also made a few requests during our stay and they addressed them promptly with a smile and absolutely no attitude. That’s so refreshing these days.

Thank you to Keunga and all the staff for making this trip a wonderful one. We have never been to a hotel where every single staff seems to take great care with what they are doing and making sure the guests are looked after well.

Oh and of course, the art deco interiors are beautiful, the room spotless and we enjoyed a drink in the lovely garden.

Fantastic in all aspects. Especially Gemma in the restaurants. So lovely professional helpful and goes out of her way. Only negative was the selection at GF section at breakfast. All selections were dry and unappetizing.

Five star hotel located in the middle of Canberra close to High Commissions, Parliament House and Lake Burley Griffin. Beautiful old building. We only visited for a coffee, which was outrageously expensive and not really barista level, but the service was good and a beautiful location.
