We were so happy for my daughter's Surprise 30th birthday. The food was amazing and there service was fantastic. I recommend Watergardens Hotel for any event being held there. Thank you to the staff for making it beautiful.

Seriously all the food here was 10/5 I couldn't complain about one thing apart from the tummy ache when you leave from being so full. Loved the range of food I will back many times. Thank you so much for a lovely feed.
For the others that are not aware you are given 1 hour 50 mins to eat witch is plenty enough time i think. So for some people want a longer outing i thought I'd put this in my review

A big shout out to Watergardens Hotel. This is a place that my extended family continues to go to over the years.
We recently hosted our sons 1st birthday with close to 50 people. The staff are so friendly, provided excellent and professional service , and made the organising smooth! Great atmosphere, the kids loved the big playground!
The buffet is the highlight and caters for every preference and dietary requirements. We got so many comments on how much they enjoyed themselves and the food!

I made a booking for almost 30 people to celebrate my birthday. Not only was the location and food perfect, but my massive long table was very impressive. My guests enjoyed the night and the food as did I. Thanks again :)

The management must have rostered their "A-TEAM" on this evening as the service far exceeded my expectations. To be honest, I reckon that the employees I met today are absolutely being wasted by working in a gaming venue. In saying that, though, I'm glad they were.

They are all fantastic here,we hired out the function room down stairs for a wedding and the service and set up was excellently done! The food was outstanding !We would recommend them to everyone! We are so Greatful and Happy ! Thank You ! A+++++

I had my 21st Birthday Party at the Watergardens the atmosphere was amazing, staff were amazing and organising it was fabulous wonderful communication. Had an amazing night definitely have another function here :)

The most delicious tasting food I've ever seen at a buffet. Great variety, great play space for the children. Highly recommended

i should try do monday nights, kids eat free, but nah, i wanna come every other night & pay for them to eat chips n pizza🤦🏽‍♀😂, plenty for us vegetarians to eat though.

We went there for the buffet. Been there a few times for parties. The food is always good and fresh. The food is never too greesy or anything nasty. I was very impressed with the food.

This is a great place. Get the family or friends together and enjoy the buffet. This way everyone eats what they want. Seafood , roast or get a pasta made the way you like. Drinks pay throughout your visit. How many plates do you reckon you can eat?
