I am extremely pleased with Paloma. She is such a gentle dove. Paloma served with so much patience and was so careful as she sliced my baguettes. I always get it sliced in Gungahlin and sometimes I have to explain why. With Paloma, it was a breeze asking her to slice it for me. She is such an asset to your team Matt. Kudos to her.

Bakers Delight has the most amazing staff. They are always friendly and always provide good information on the products. The bakery always looks clean and is visually appealing. The bread is amazing and lasts for days. All of the staff are always happy and I've never had a bad experience in the years that I've been going daily. Great promotions and awesome deals. Amazing business.

I am always happy with all the bakers delight products, however today I bought a spinach and feta twist, which is my favourite but in some bits I found pieces of bacon! Which is a complete turnoff for me. So it would be good if breads which have bacon in it should be baked completely separately to avoid cross contamination and in order for Muslim customers to feel confident in buying your products.

Husband turned up 10 mins after 7am Wednesday. No lights no one around and nothing in cases!!! Hours change daily?? Not good..

Bread is always fresh. I don't think they resell old bread as it always look and taste fresh
