The staff are helpful and friendly. The availability of ordering online for click and collect or delivery is a great timesaver. During the 20% special days it's so convenient not having to try to get through on the phone when the store is busy. You collect points on purchases and reviews to get discounts, up to 20%. When you ask to order a product not in stock they order it promptly, instead of making the customer wait till they are due to place an order with that company. I would recommend shopping with them!

I have shopped at Go Vita for a couple of decades now because I find they have a large and excellent range of quality products, and the staff have an incredible knowledge of the products they stock. They also go above and beyond to answer customers questions, and order products in, if required.
I have no reason to go elsewhere, and I appreciate their efforts to be the best they can.

The staff here are lovely. I think the store owners name is Harry? He went super far out of his way to find some bamboo underwear for me, looking all through his back stock and ordered some more in for me. Really appreciated it! Thank you I will definitely be back. :)
