Woolworths Woden

I have been doing some nice shopping, however, I have also been returning trolleys after other people.

Woolies is my default shop. Woden store is close to Coles if you can't find what you were looking for.

Went into Woolworths on Sunday and found everything I was looking for. Was greeted by a lovely cashier, Azhar. Very patient and kind. The store seemed well kept and clean. I will definitely come back for next week's shopping 😉

Easy to get around and plenty of stock

We like the unpacked meat and fish from the butcher, fish shop and deli. The bread from the bakery is quite good too. The recently (2021?) refurbished supermarket has wide idles and is uncluttered. We really really like Scan and Go. And Mawson Shops have had a bit of a revival lately... All adds up to a more pleasant grocery shopping experience.

just stopped by the store and boy was it a friendly environment the workers named bailey and brian are just fantastic and helpful

Shopping here since 1975. Today asked for the fish I wanted to be purchased frozen.
Was told they could not do that unless I purchased the whole box. I wanted 1kilo.
So disappointed! Unfair for a couple of pensioners who have been loyal customers for45years plus.

Very spacious, friendly amiable staff. I feel sorry for them sometimes. The last time I was there, someone had to deal with a cantankerous, disgruntled shopper. Be bloody-well grateful, people. Being grateful is one of the secrets to a happy life. Not hippy dippy bs. FACT.

Nice place to do your shopping, shelves are well stocked, large self check out and the staff are very helpful.

Very clean and great for shopping

This Woolworths store is quite conveniently located at the entrance of Woden Shopping Center. Parking out at the front might be difficult to find, however the basement car park generally has spaces. As any other standard woolworths or safeway store, you can find fresh fruits and vegetables along with grocery, toiletries etc.
Though there is rarely a staff interaction needed, as I generally go through self checkout, however, in the event you need to talk to staff, they are polite and knowledgeable.
Happy to give them five stars.

Good grocery store with large selection of food, bakery goods, drinks, snacks, milk, bread etc. Lovely helpful staff. Cheap cigarettes

Great place to buy shopping with friendly helpful staff and there's always specials throughout the store.

This is a really good Woolies. Polite staff. Good selection and wide aisles. Good parking access. A credit to the brand.
