EB Games - Woden Plaza

Had a great experience today with Ben the store manager… unfortunately I spilled my coffee everywhere as I walked in, completely embarrassed and frazzled, Ben was immediately helpful, gracious and put me completely at ease. So much so, I stayed to browse and purchase some fantastic Charizard shirts!
I have had such consistently great customer service at this new location, a reflection of happy staff, and always enjoy being in the store for much longer than necessary!

My son and I were served by who I believe is the new manager. Tall lovely guy. His customer service was just amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just amazing at his job. Great atmosphere in general at the new store. We were thinking of going to jbhifi to find what we were looking for but the manager helped us find what we needed. Highly recommend!

Jasmine and Ben helped me a lot today. First with efficient good humour they deciphered all my gift card codes. Then they knowledgeably saved me 80 bucks. Finally they proved with courtesy and friendliness that Woden EB's is a great shop Very good experience.🙏🙏

Service is uncomparable! I was helped IMMEASURABLY by the tall man with cool and trendy tattoos! His kind demeanour, subject matter expertise in all things games, and genuine, real smile made my experience easy, fast, and enjoyable. I would reccomend this EB Games over any other purely for the atmosphere and customer service. It is clear that the staff like their job and want you be there, helping you. Great service by the new manager today and would not have bought a tshirt but for the easy to use size ordered shirt rack with specials easily displayed (compared to the pile of unsorted t shirt display at my local store Belconnen)

Wonderful, very helpful staff. No hassles return of a faulty logitech mouse on the edge of warranty. Now I have two happy and healthy rodent bois without double click issues.
