I received a 5 start service from Ahmad (PRO) at JB Hi-Fi_Woden last week. He assisted me to purchase a laptop that met my requirements. Ahmad was very helpful and patient, he did online research and based on my need and budget recommended the best product. Thank you PRO

Manager Matt was incredibly helpful with our wifi modem, and offered support after purchase too. He came in on his day off to ensure we got what we needed. Amazing customer service!

Had the pleasure of being assisted by William. William is an absolute SUPERSTAR!!!! He has amazing knowledge of products and the ability to match your needs (however many there may be) to a product that is right for you. Cannot rave enough about the outstanding service I received, THANK YOU!

Proof that physical retail isn't going anywhere

I went to this JB store to get an airfryer, expecting to pay $200-$300. An employee saw me looking at the airfryers, asked me if I needed help, and when I asked him which models they had in stock, he said that although the one I was looking at was out of stock, the next model up was available and on sale. Ended up paying half price with an extended warranty for an air fryer I didn't even know was available, and that is the level of service I love from JB Hi-Fi. You don't get that from a website

Very helpful staff, got what I needed at good price.

Long story short: I am a blind customer who obliviously grabbed the incorrect product and without paying attention paid for it. It was only a couple of minute after, that I realised my mistake (I thought I was charged the wrong price but it was the wrong product!)

Credit to the lovely Harry, who was the only person on the registers on a busy Sunday midday, for his excellent customer service regarding my mistake (didn’t make me feel like the clown I am) and handled the situation perfectly despite being unable to get assistance during a busy time.

10/10 service. I left feeling embarrassed but grateful for the loving and caring service.

Amazing staff, very helpful and kind.
I went in for a warranty repair/replacement for an item and the team that helped me were wonderful. Adrian, James and Harry we’re all so kind and understanding, helped me understand my options and even through they didn’t have my replacement item in store they got Tuggeranong to hold one for me which was super helpful. Definitely going to be coming here again!
