These people are so friendly honestly walked in there bought my kettle charcoal barbecue top of the range stuff so friendly talk to me about it. I went back three times before I bought it and every time I walked in there still more friendly I didn’t act like I was wasting the time I ended up spending Wilmore over $1000 and even more because their customer service I will definitely be coming back to him. Nicole was the best. Helped us decide to get the Family Q and needed accessories. Every question was answered with genuine responses, patience and in-depth knowledge of the Weber range.

Purchased a Weber Pulse online during an EOFY sale for my mum, and then we went in store to Marsden Park to look at their stands. The staff member was Leroy, and his customer service was so outstanding it prompted this review.
Leroy had excellent product knowledge and was extremely patient in answering all of our questions. He gave us honest, unbiased opinions and we felt completely confident when making our decisions. We left with the trolley stand, a full length cover and a fry pan, when walking in our intention was just to have a look and not buy anything.
While online sales are convenient, it’s experiences like this that you can only get in store, and only get from staff who actually respect customers and make time to determine their needs. I highly recommend Leroy and will refer anyone I know to him for future sales. Thank you for a great shopping experience!

Beautiful store, very clean, very organised. Leroy was very helpful and gave me some good tips. Isn't that what we all want when we walk into into Speciality Store? I purchased Q3200 from Kasper and I got a good deal out of it. Not only did he know products he was selling, he was customer-oriented sales person. I have made a mistake of taking LPG version of it while I was after natural gas one. After constructing one and come realisation that I got the wrong product, I gave Kasper a call and without any hesitation, he told me to bring it over the finished product and he will replace it to natural gas one. Many many thanks!

Great customer service by Kasper. Great collection of items. Highly recommended, even if you don't want to buy anything, just go in for a browse. They also have great bbq sauce and recipes.
Also don't be fooled by cheaper non-premium Weber's that are sold at places like Good Guys, Harvey Norman, etc. If you compare prices make sure it's apples for apples. And premium Weber for a premium weber

We went in to get an idea on prices for a weber. The girl told us to return and they'd look after us so we did. She gave us a great deal on our weber and really did look after us. Knowledgeable staff and excellent service. If you're thinking about buying a weber, get it from here. Highly recommended.

Georgia needs a huge raise! She was extremely helpful, knowledgable and most importantly - went beyond customer service expectations. I purchased a Weber Q and mentioned that the box may not fit in my boot. Georgia offered to wheel the BBQ down to my car, and offered a helping hand in trying to load it. When we realised it didn't fit - she had already equipped herself with a Stanley Knife, so we can cut the box open and separate the contents. This ended up fitting, and she also happily took the box to the dumpster.

It's experiences like this which will ensure that i will never shop elsewhere for any BBQ supplies. It's people like Georgia who turn customers into fans.

I've bought a couple of bbqs from here and they are my go to for Weber Brand bbq heating and my favourite Lanes rubs... always great service.

Champion store, run by champion staff. If you're a Weber fanatic, then this is your one stop shop. I came in today, was served by a very friendly female staff member (apologies I didn't get your name) who had my bbq ready to pick up after calling earlier. Easy parking was a bonus. I'll be definitely be coming back. 10 out 10.

Visited shop on 19 March 2018. Was greeted by Bethany who was so pleasant, friendly and helpful. Showed me the weber bbq range. Ended up purchasing a weber genesis 11 LX 340 with a great deal. Bethany also showed me how to operate this bbq prior to purchasing. She was so polite and helpful, making my visit so enjoyable. Will be recommending this shop to all my friends . Extremely happy.
