Kempsey Health Food Shop & Cafe

We had a quick stop in Kempsey and so glad we came into this lovely cafe. The meals we had were so fresh and delicious, and fantastic coffee. We’ll definitely stop by again next time! Thank you to the lovely staff

Delicious fresh food. I had a vegetable slice and salads. The tandoori cauliflower salad was my favourite. Coffee was also delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Raining very heavily outside, but sunny on the inside at BHF, Kempsey. Just the place for a macadamia milk cappuccino. Or two... This place is smokin'... (Visit number two!)

Starving in Kempsey yesterday and i came across this gem. Food was great, so thanks to Nathan the chef, and the service much appreciated too.
Definitely worth coming in for fresh quality food and coffee, as well as the vast array of health food and health care products.

Tibias and Jenny have inspired me with their amazing salads and vegetarian meals. Everything is so fresh, crisp and totally delicious. The slice with salad option is incredible value for lunch and you will love the inventiveness of the dishes and the flavour that bursts from every dish. Absolutely love this place!

Lovely, friendly staff and a great place to hang out, especially the lovely upstairs spaces. Fresh and delicious salads and great turmeric latte's. A good range of health foods and hard to find ingredients as well. A hidden gem in Kempsey.

They were so great in accommodating or vegan gluten free requests. Definitely will be back when touring through! Food was so delicious and fresh!

Love this store! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great food and coffees. Could spend hours browsing through all the wonderful healthy products on the shelves.
