Carisbrook Falls

March 24 so some flow over the falls. A nice walk into the area with some inclines which are doable I believe by most. Good reason to stop and take in the view

Easy stop on the Great Ocean Road
Impressive valley and fall though well less than full flow on my visit.

Limited parking but adequate - no facilities

Quite an easy walk.
Roughly taking 20 mins round trip.
Gravel track so can be slippery

Beautiful waterfall and river views with a short walk. Stick to the path - CAREFUL with active SMALL CHILDREN as steep drop offs from parts of the path.

Short STEEP walk from the car park.
It's very slippery on the way back, die to the gravel and steep grade.
The falls are pretty, certainly worth a look!

A very simple walk to see a stunning waterfall.

A nice, quick, uphill hike for an amazing view of the falls. Some nice spots to get a closer look of the creek along the way up, too. Highly recommended as a scenic pitstop along the Great Ocean Road.

I visited after heavy rain so the falls were flowing - but I am not sure you'd have such luck all year round. It's a quick uphill walk to a viewing platform. The sign says 15 minutes one way; it felt less than 10, and I stopped a few times to catch my breath, so it's not a long walk. You can't get close to the falls, but it's a beautiful scene to take in.
The carpark is small and easy to miss as you head along the Great Ocean Road. There are no facilities here.

Steep walk but lovely views

Great hike and fun for the family.

Steep 15 minute climb. About 120m altitude. Well worth it. Don't forget to keep an eye out on the way down to catch a view of the can through the trees. Magical.

One of the other scenic points along the great ocean road is this spot here where tourists pile up towers of pebbles for the fun of it. What's beautiful about this spot is that you'll never get the same scene as the weeks go by. A dynamic piece of art if you will.

It's easy to miss this place and there's only a small strip of road enough to fit 5 cars. Beach access is via a small trail.

Watch out for wildlife when you're around. Just today I have seen a koala and an echidna cross the road.

Amazing falls. Have never seen so many tiger snakes throughout the creek system. Definitely recommend staying on pathway

10 minutes walk to the waterfall lookout I loved the place and don’t miss where the river meet the ocean it’s scenery place great for memorial photos.

Recent rains have made all the #GreatOceanRoad and #Otway’s #waterfalls a must see 👍👍
