I have been here on multiple occasions and am always satisfied with my experience. Staff can be under the pump sometimes in peak times but always maintain high standards of service. I was helped out by the person with orange hair and they astonished me with their knowledge of perfumes. I never knew I could have such vivid visuals attached to a fragrance! Chic store with incredible knowledgable and empathetic staff☺

The girl with the split dyed hair at the geelong store helped me find exactly what i was looking for and even showed me many other perfumes with similar scents, she was amazing and im so happy with the purchase

Never been to this location before but was served by the lovely Molly. Was instantly greeted and helped me find a perfume I wanted and walked me through all the florals and vanilla fragrances In a fun and personal way! Was a pleasure coming in will definitely again thanks to Molly

Good value and service

left work early, picked up my family, wanted to purchase as gift. Paid for parking. Then finally found store. Sign said "sorry for inconvenience closed at 2.30pm today." Website, Google said open till 5.30pm. Very annoyed, how will they reimburse our inconvenience?? If only a message on their social media or google or website, but nothing until we arrive.
