I have never had an issue here. Great receptionists always clearly heard, helpful & really nice. My Drs I have seen here have all been amazing. I have no complaints. Of course there are times I have to wait, but that happens at any surgery. But over all I give a 5 star to this surgery.

I attended on a public holiday, as all other clinics were closed. I thought that
Dr Hassan was very thorough and did not rush.
His diagnosis was correct and he made follow-up phonecalls to check my progress.during my recovery.
I'm very impressed with my treatment from this very caring, competent doctor.

Saved my life in 2014. Have looked after me since and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Great Doctor's. The reception staff are the best. They are incredible. I've been going there for 27 years.

Myself, and my whole family sees Dr Hassan for years. He treats like humans not just like a number. That’s the difference between the doctors. Either you are in the profession for the right reasons and he definitely is. Thanks goodness we have a good family doctor

Couldn't recommend Dr. Darren Loo more. He is a brillant and experienced doctor, and at same time very kind and attentive to paient.
The clinic is conventiently located in the centre of Geelong. There is a paid carpark at the back. It's our first time there, the waiting time was only 10 min. Thanks to the bad weather.
The receiption lady was nice as well, although being very busy she even did prepared the paperwork before we arrive (I did ring previously) and explained to us clearly.

Very nice and cooperative reception staff. Doctor Hassan and Dr Carl Grace are the best, long wait time isn't a bad thing it's because more people like to go to this place. Best to make appointments to avoid long waits which cost $23 something out of pocket. Highly recommended.

Dr. Ahamed Hassan is the best Doctor in town. never seen such a caring & kind Doctor. long waiting period to see him but worth the wait. very knowledgeable doctor with a kind heart. Thank you.

Dr Hassan is awesome. He takes care of my elderly mum and has done for nearly 20yrs. He is an amazing doctor that actually listens to your problems.

Dr Hussien is the best doctor I have ever seen! I have seen many doctors both private centres and clinics and he is by far the most caring doctor and actually remembers patients.

The girls at the front desk are wonderful. My doctor is a amazing an caring man might have to wait sometimes but that's life.

I found Dr. Hussein to be brilliant, Both my son and I go to him. He is patient and caring. Highly recommended and the best doctor ever

Dr Loo is a great doctor that I usually see here. He has a great knowledge base and excellent bedside manner.

Carl and Darren are the best so caring and both very nice wouldn't use any other doctor
