Jess went out of the way to be helpful and was knowledgeable & polite. Store had a decent variety of Warhammer products: miniatures, paints, tools, board games, miscellaneous. Had benches for different demonstrations, e.g., one bench was set up for demonstrating repairing warhammer pieces. Had painted Warhammer miniatures on display.

The shop was very well stocked with a wide variety of products on offer. Jess was great, super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Jess really looked after me. 10/10 service. So patient dealing with us who know nothing. Great store. Highly recommend.

Ruben was so helpful and spent the time to explain the details needed to begin taking up the hobby... my son is looking forward to starting out in the world of war hammer and it was thanks to the staff at this store.

This was my first time ever setting foot into a Warhammer shop and I am so happy I did, Joel was amazingly helpful, he explained so much to me and helped me understand the lore and different factions of Warhammer while also giving me pointers on where I can start and which books and go further into the lore. If I could rate higher I would. I will most definitely be coming back in the future.

Awesome shop for those that like table top gaming. Staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Great product range. I highly recommend for enthusiasts or newcomers to warhammer.
