Was just needing a snack, and their pizzas look great from the window, and many people go in and out so we tried. It was one of the best takeaway pizza we had, the sauce and topping very tasty, very balanced with the sweetness and savoury. The base was slightly chewy but that’s because we only got the ones already made in at the window on the rack. Would love to try their fresh ones. Also would be nice if there were more seats as we just wanted to eat on the spot. Would love to eat more if we werent so full!

My son and I shared the Wagyu Beef as it was then closest we could find to his favourite meat lovers. It was really delicious, great chewy/fluffy base and crispy pepperoni. Plenty for two people to share. The staff were really friendly and the service was quick even though it seemed quite busy.

Medici is simply the best pizza place ever! Their pizzas are fully loaded with toppings but miraculously not greasy at all. Every bite is a burst of flavor and freshness. If you're looking for a pizza that's both satisfying and delicious, Medici is the place to go. Highly recommend! Vegetarian Pizza was Amazing!!

My daughter and I had a few nights staying in Hobart and decided to order pizza on one of the nights, as it’s our favourite take out. We saw the great reviews online and went to Medici. Pizzas were great! Lots of topping, full of flavour and I must admit I’m pretty hard to please when it comes to a really good pizza 🍕 Definitely recommend Medici.

On holidays from QLD. Pizzas were cooked quickly and on time. We had a supreme and BBQ Chicken pizza and they were amazing, honestly one of the best Pizzas I have ever had. I'm very happy to have some left over for breaky

Loved the pizza here, staff is so nice, kindhearted and friendly. loved vegan and vegetarian pizza options from there though my family enjoyed chicken pesto. If I ever got a chance to visit Hobart, surely coming to this place again.

I love the fact they have mini pizzas ready to go!! I walked past when I was searching for something for dinner and spotted this! Perfect when you are by yourself and craving pizza. Loved that I didn't have to order a normal sized one for myself! I had the BBQ Chicken and it was delicious the dough was super light and fluffy which was not expected

Great pizza, the base was perfect; crisp and fluffy. The ingredients were superb and tasty. Mine was pepperoni. The Medici my partner had was equally tasty.

Decided to give the Medici Pizza Van a go when it was down in Brighton and went in with mixed feelings and a few reservations, like how good could pizza from a van be? To my amazement, the pizza was awesome! We ordered the Hawaiian and a BBQ Chicken, both were awesome. Cooked perfectly, lots of toppings, but not overdone. Only thing I wish they had was a garlic pizza!

Had half and Half Pizza and i totally loved it ... the pepperoni is amazing and really crunchy, the dough is fluffy and tasty ... will be back

Great pizza. We ordered the Medici sans olives with they were happy to accommodate with the change. We felt a single pizza shared was perfect. Speedy service. I would recommend some additional flare outside for those who would like to "dine in". I wouldn't assume you'll always get a seat too! 10/10 pizza. Some of these reviews aren't justified for the experience we had!

Small corner shop, mainly takeaway, but there are a few tables and chairs here if you want to dine in.
We had 2 large pizzas takeaway. They were reasonably priced and decent sized.
The bacon and cheese was tomato based and was exactly what was promised. The bacon had a nice smokey flavour/taste and was covered in cheese on a nice crunchy pizza base.
The other pizza was a Medici, with tasty Italian sausage, olives, mushroom, semi dried tomato and mozzarella on a tomato base. Also very nice and crispy base.
This was comfort food for a rainy day. Yum yum.

Wow, these small pizzas are great. They are just enough to fill a hole in your belly. The satay chicken and sweet chilli chicken are sooo good. The cheese calzone was nice too.

We had a Gluten free base with half garlic prawns and meatlovers. This was the best pizza base I have ever had. It was soft but crunchy enough on the base. It wasn't a hard crunch, just a lovely soft crunch with delicious toppings. Best ever. And we came all the way from Sydney to find it.

If you need a quick bite, this is the place. There are GF, vegetarian and vegan options. Prices are fair. It would be nice if they have some seating inside(only 3 bar chairs). Tasty pizza.

Pizza are the best and far exceed expectations, with the staff that works here and product quality this is the best pizza shop in this area including Sandy Bay and North Hobart

This place was awesome! Went to Hobart for 4 days for vacation and ended up at Medici every day! Service is amazing and there was a great atmosphere. Not to mention the food which was actually amazing. The garlic prawn was my family's favourite. The dessert options were different yet really yummy. Totally would recommend this place !! :))))

Great pizza with options for vegetarians & vegans, very kind and friendly staff, got a chance to eat from this place(Murray street in Hobart CBD) twice and both times the staff just amazed us with their kindness and the pizza was so so delish.
