I'd highly recommend Kennards Self Storage in Burleigh Heads. The team are incredibly helpful, professional, kind and friendly, and after having a storage unit there for the last few years I'd 100% go back there again if ever the need arises. Thank you Geoff & Desiree for all your support over the years, I'm very grateful!

Everything was easy and reasonably priced. They even helped get rid of some of the furniture we didn't want when we moved out of storage. A great service

We have had household items in KSS for about 10 yrs. Have downsized about 3 times over that time. Each time, the staff have helped a great deal. We have been able to use empty storage around ours to help us sort through boxes.
Our recent move out of KSS for good was on 9th Feb. Of course it is stressful as you hope all goes well. I had liaised via email to give KSS heads up that we were coming and what was happening.
We were again able to access the storage next to ours, to help sort through boxes. The side gate was unlocked to allow easier access for the movers. We were able to use their trolleys, plenty of sizes to choose from. You are able to help yourself to free coffee and tea.
As mentioned, we had gone through 10 years of stuff in storage, we did not see ANY bugs, dead or alive! We also didn't have any mildew on our belongings, it is very clean.
We were able to leave unwanted belongings (not rubbish) in our shed for KSS to donate. This was a huge bonus for us, we didn't need to worry about it and try to work out what to do with it.
We had finalised our account in the office, and before I had reached the car, I had received to email for the crediting of the remaining month. This was so efficient.
I do not have anything negative to say. It was almost sad for us, an end of an era!

I highly recommend Kennards self storage services. I found the team to be very helpful and informative, the storage facilities were clean, tidy and very well maintained. security of the facilities was excellent. Access to trolleys helped enormously. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Good location. Loved the 24 hour access. Often I was alone, and accessing storage 2-3am and as a woman it was lovely to have the parking area behind a big security gate and very tall fences so I felt 100% safe as I was moving my things. Really easy experience especially with how easy the process was even though I was never there during 9-5. Very flexible.

Very friendly, efficient service and the added convenience of having access to storage facility 24/7.
Would 100% recommend and be happy to use again if needed.

Conveniently located, Kennards Burleigh offers easy access, all the equipment you need to move your things but most importantly great customer service! Shout out to Jazz who was so friendly and helpful it made the whole process so much easier. I’d highly recommend using their service :)

The Staff here are very good and responsive to their customers needs.

Sometimes you find the best customer service in the most unexpected places. Malcolm and Geoff were a pleasure to deal with and made it so easy for us and our interstate move. We couldn't be there when our dodgy removalists rocked up, but Malcolm kept an eye on them and reported back to us. These guys genuinely care about their facility and customers and I would highly recommend them.
