Grill'd Carindale

Greeted at the front by a lovely server, who treated a person with disabilities very respectfully, which was a great start. Offered a choice of seating. You can order from your table using the QR code or at the counter. Not a huge selection, but a good variety of dishes, with something for everyone. Food was fresh, well cooked and nicely presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my chicken and brie sliders and sweet potato chips. A nice shop in the chain and better than some others I have visited. I will certainly visit again.

Had popped down to this restaurant frequently while I worked within the centre. It is a great place to grab a bite to eat and set up my laptop and send off some emails. The staff were lovely, could see that I was busy so didn't bother me except to ask once if everything was ok.

Good burgers, tasty. Chips weren't bad. The grilled flavour is really yumm. Went back a few times and wasn't disappointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Freshly cut veggies and good pickled cucumber. Price wise is $13.50 for a burger.

Went for lunch on a Tuesday; it was quiet; the ambiance pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and the garden burger I had was fresh, tasty and well presented.

Huge Thankyou to Christina! We came in on a Monday at lunchtime and it was very busy. She also had some tricky customers beforehand and we weren’t really an easy order either, but she was super helpful and gave us the highest level of service. Can’t recommend her enough, always a delight receiving such great customer service and Christina was an A-level example of that.

Food was great, had to remind staff about drinks because we ordered via the qr code and they didn't bring them out with the food.

We had an awesome experience here recently. We came on a busy Thursday night in the weeks leading up to Chistmas (there was a lineup for tables most of the time we were there) and we were amazed at how efficient and friendly the service was. Empty tabled were cleared and cleaned and reseated within 5 minutes and the line for a table never had the same people for more than 10 minutes or so. The food was as good as ever and came out surprisingly quickly given how hectic it was (10 minutes after ordering, food was on the table). The staff were super friendly and helpful when I had trouble with the app/deal of the day and the team leader took our order herself and delivered it to our table personally. All around excellent service and very impressed!

Very happy with my Grill'd burger yesterday. Got the Summer Sunset with Zucchini Fries which hit the spot just nicely. Staff were friendly and efficient. Price is consistent with thier competitors but you can yell they've got some good ingredients going in for you're money.

Burgers here are always so tasty and ingredients super fresh. The service was friendly and efficient too. When we forgot to pick up our drinks there were more than happy to bring them to us.
