First things first, let's talk about Bianca. I really hope this company knows how amazing she is. We came in over the weekend to look at a toddler backpack carrier. Not only did Bianca help us find it and explain the ins and out about it, but she also took the time to help me test and adjust it to make sure it would be suitable for us. Her helpfulness and kindness is not something you come across often these days and should be recognised. Bianca for president.

Good products, Great Service!
I came in over the weekend looking for some gear for a trip to Japan later in the month. The girls there were great, very helpful and knowledgeable and provided great information. The British girl had some great stories too. I'll definitely be back here for my next trip.

Excellent quality casual gear. I've bought quite a few items here over the years and they never seem to wear out. I first bought their fine merino wool long sleeve tops when living in a really cold climate about ten years ago and they are still as good as new and a classic basic style that never dates. The clothing absolutely pays for itself with performance, durability and style, but they often have great sales with huge price reductions.

Dedicated and upbeat service here. Customer service was provided by giving me knowledge of the products I needed (trekking shoes) and advice and recommendations specific to my needs.

Bianca was super professional, helpful and funny when she helped me in one of the most complicated returns I have seen someone do. She had patience, understanding and made me feel valued and not like I was a hassle. 5 star customer service.

This has to be one of my favourite shops in Carindale shopping centre.
Displays are always tidy. Store itself is clean and well presented.
Staff have always been friendly and helpful on every occasion. Special mention to Tiffany who is a credit to the store. She has assisted me on several occasions and I have always found her to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.
Well stocked and cover a wide range of outdoor activities Ito clothing and accessories.
Prices can be steep but expected for the quality of the products you are purchasing.

Was given a helping hand by Charles when I went to Kathmandu Carindale. Was very helpful and personable, made my experience really great, a very nice guy. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks Charles!

They had an awesome sale on and when buying the pants I was getting, the lady went as far to ask me what the activity was I planned to use them for as she wanted to ensure I was aware they were water resistant and not water proof. She even showed me this cool trick of the pants folding into their own bag via the pockets. Score!!

We have shopped here for hiking clothes for a trip to Borneo and again for another trip to Europe in winter.

We have found the staff super helpful on both occasions and there is always someone in store who can answer any questions that you might have, especially for places you haven't been before or conditions you haven't experienced before.

The store is big and the range of products they stock is massive.

I receive amazing service every time I visit. Thanks for making the experience of parting with my hard earned money a pleasurable one and for the amazing range of quality products.
