Subway

We ordered a few subway platters recently for a party, we were happy to just get something edible but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and care that was taken to make them, they looked great, they were neatly organised and the lady whom was there when we picked up was lovely. Really good experience for a fast food restaurant.

Great little subway. Really friendly staff. Dry clean. Can't ask for much more. Best cookies I've had from a subway.

This Subway is good in comparison to others. It offers the lowest prices a franchise can have. The salads are fresh and the service is always friendly with a smile. Have been going here for years and is still run by the same franchisee, standards have always been good, keep it up.

A massive shout out to Erin who went above and beyond to cater for my severe dairy allergy. She was honest in telling me there's no guarantee that they can make something without cross contamination however she went out the back and used ingredients that hadn't been put out behind the glass yet. She changed gloves, wiped surfaces and took all the extra precautions without me asking. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind, friendly and accommodating. A real asset to the franchise and company!!! (And food was good too)

I got a delivery from here via Menulog. When the order arrived it was missing some items. I rang up and Spoke to David who was professional polite and apologetic for the inconvenience. He jumped in his car and brought the missing items himself in less than 10 minutes.

Impressive service .

I've ordered a sub here everyday for the past 3 weeks. The crew here consistently produce quality subs made exactly as specified. For the most part I order using the Subway app, which sets a pickup time of 15min after ordering at the earliest. However, I often show up early and my sub is already made. Perfect service. Couldn't ask for better. Thinking about buying a franchise of my own one day. Keep up the good work.

Best Subway I have ever been to. I've been to a lot during my travels. The staff have all been friendly an helpful. They are not at all mean with the amount of food they put on your subway. I always leave this Subway feeling very satisfied and not like I need a second helping like I do at a lot of other Subways. Keep up the excellent job staff 😊

We have just had the most fantastic service!!!! the girl who served us the delicious lamb subs is a assesst to your team so polite and has fantastic attention to detail bringing me a take away bag for my left overs. It's great to see some people still take pride in there jobs ♡

Went in today and was served by Tuesday. I’ve had dozens of subway sandwiches in my life and I have to say the sub she made me today was by far the best. Not only that but she had great customer service and really made me feel welcome in the store. Would come here again, thanks Tuesday.

The staff were very accomodating to a person who needed a little help with their order today. It is really refreshing to see such kind staff members.

Been served by different staff at different times of day on multiple occasions, staff are so lovely and helpful, make subs not just to Subway standard with salad etc but to the customer's preference as well. So good

This is not your average Subway chain; A diamond in the rough, a 4 leaf clover on a dry dusty hill, a pink winged unicorn fluttering in a field of zebra's. This store is manned by un-aging goddess like creatures that daintily fill the soft Italian herb and cheese crusted 12 inch with fresh and dazzling ingredients - often remembering my favourite ingredients that make me feel very special. I always taste Love in each mouthful - but I never ask for that sauce - they must put it in each time they gaze upon the sandwich that they are creating for me. Each second i spend in this shop is like spending 10 minutes in a heavenly fluffy cloud. When they take a knife to my sandwich to expose the centre I don't regard it as a violent scene, but rather like watching a skillful surgeon preparing a heart disease patient for life saving surgery. All the ladies are lovely...and it wouldn't matter if they filled my Sub with just lettuce. It would taste delicious anyway. Mel'sWay is the best way.

First impressions count and when pushing the front glass door, much like opening a heavy thick and rich mahogany door, to be consistently greeted with a warm welcome (likely underscored by "not these guys again" and the incredible physical feat of denying the instinctive eye roll) was like reclining in a much loved warm leather chaise lounge by an open fire, top pant button unbuckled with a fine vintage wine in tow – This is how one feels deep within ones loins when served by the likes of these fine ladies. And the smell... Ooo, that fresh Subway smell. My nasal rarely has treats comparable to this. "I've been waiting for you all morning" I'd think to myself when peering over the potential candidates to fill my large foot-long(ish) beast. I might even ponder about it the day before. The relief of just reaching this Subway eases the cloudy frustration of the office. The anticipation of the selection nearly becomes all too much. I'll take a deep meditative breathe, or relaxing sigh, in preparation before the process begins. Quintessentially, the Herb and Cheese in its full unmolested form is what does it for me, the crisp hydro-carbonized cheese encrusting the edges after melting. I can feel the saliva glands already secreting. “I’ll never post toast you” I’d protectively hush while denying their polite offer to destroy my sub; I like my innards cotton soft and fluffy. As I’d progress the line, typically with my dedicated sandwich technician sliding with me, it would be filled with memory to my favourite elements without an utter of my needs apon my breath. The resultant is truly tailored experience. I’m encapsulated. But it hasn’t ended yet! Oh no! The seduction of the often warm brownie is a must – an offer alluring temporary insanity via the oral senses. It barely makes the journey to the office, usually with the sauce slightly smeared across the paper, worthy of a good lashing [if only I wasn’t in a public place]. “Heath’s got subway again” I can hear whispered as I pull back the paper. Do I tear the packaging back like a horny pimply teenage boy, or take the more classy mature subtle approach? Well, I’ll leave that up to your imagination. Then it starts:
“Is this alright?”
I nod yes.
“Then let’s begin”
I close my eyes, open my mouth…. Ring Ring, Ring Ring… “Heath, where the F**K is my report?”. Reality prevails, but it was nice while it lasted.

This place has improved so much lately. The staff are way nicer and faster.

Some of the best subway I've ever had. The staff are always friendly and the food is somehow better than any other subway. Best store in Brisbane. 10/10

Super busy subway but the 4 ladies on were smashing through the customers, they were pleasant and efficient.
