I was met by a lovely lady named Kristine. She was only too happy to find exactly what I needed and where to find it. One product was unavailable at that time , so she ordered it for me. helpful, friendly and ended my anxiety for me, as I needed the dredded school supplies. Thank you so much Kristine. A young man named Taylor helped me every step of the way in purchasing an apple macbook. His honesty, friendly and knowledgeable attitude towards helping me was a breath of fresh air. He made my experience relieving and feeling confident that I had just spent $2000 wisely. These 2 people just made my life so much easier. Thank you both Kristine and Taylor. Wonderful staff members to be proud of. 👏

We'd like to thank Chris who has the patience of a saint. We had an electronic gift card to use but it was certainly not straightforward (through no fault of Officeworks). Chris patiently guided us through the process of ordering through click and collect (even though we were in store) which seemed to be the only way to use the pesky card. Customer service to the max.

Needed many items printed, and the man on the desk was so calm and helpful to us, despite being super busy! You are amazing!

Been into this office works many times now! I came into buy an office chair today and had the best customer service! Phil was absolutely fantastic! I really appreciated everything he helped me with!

Excellent service provider by the staff in store! I was just pricing printers that print photos & the sales assistant showed me the products of cannon & Epson! He also explained that afterpay & zippay were available as no layby service is available! I have chosen the product I am budgeting for! There was no pressure! Very happy with the assistance freely given! A huge car park facility & wheelchair access to the store is available! Today & yesterday 29th & 30th March 2020 I emailed my printing to windsor@officeworks.com.au & got one each day laminated! A great service! This is all during the Cocid19 social DISTANCING restrictions! THE store is well set out & plenty of space to safely browse!

Great service at the printing desk always. Special shout out to Peter for going above and beyond to accomodate last minute shenanigans and working around hurdles to deliver.

Went in earlier today to grab a christmas present for my brother, Angus was the person serving me, he had fantastic manners and was really helpful. Made my day.

An effervescent and customer-friendly Molly provided expert assistance in having a draft of my SYLVAN JOTTINGS book printed and spiral bound.

Kristine had the click and collect process running smoothly despite a growing queue in front of her. Great communication.

Officeworks in Windsor has all the things for your office or school needs: pens, copy paper, binders, stationery, computers & accessories, printers & inks, tables & chairs, software (apps) and many more. They also have printing services from small photos to large A1 size posters. Printing documents here is so fast, and with different binding options. Free coffee is offered here for people waiting for family members to finish with their shopping. Staff is culturally always nice and professional. Our family also used the covered car park here which is so convenient, considering the sun is up and pretty warm. This Officeworks is clean and tidy. I just hope they would turn up their air conditioning a little bit more.

Peter is one of the most helpful and thoughtful staff I’ve experienced in customer service! I’ve now come into the store twice now needing printing support and he is always makes my day :)

Truly excellent service. Staff were helpful from the moment I walked in. While one of the staff was fetching, from out the back, what I was after, I got asked 3 more times by various other staff if they could help with anything.

Jules in the print shop could not be more experienced or helpful. I struggled to get the right print for my little boy’s birthday cake topper and Jules helped me so quickly and easily. Thanks Jules!
