Petbarn Windsor

Our 13-year-old toy poodle had his best hair cut ever yesterday, which is saying something because we reckon he has had about 54 grooming visits to Pet Barn, Windsor (except when it was closed for flood damage, and we went to other Pet Barns). The young person who looked after Max was caring, efficient and most of all did such a great job making him look his most handsome best! Highly recommend the new team.

We brought Arthur in today with matted fur from being looked after by some family members at the beach. Chloe was super helpful with some suggestions on how to go about removing the matted fur.

Arthur looks great after the groom and is the perfect length, coat looking nice and refreshed! Grooming team did a really great job. Probably one of the better groomers we’ve been to in the area.

As I live rurally this was the first time visiting the Windsor store. The Staff were very welcoming and polite as soon as I entered the store for my click and collect. I had forgot my car fridge and the helpful young lady provided me with an icepack to keep the refrigerated dog food cold

Very happy with service here. A large, well stocked pet shop with all you'd need for your pet. Some fish and hermit crabs and a couple of cats. They sell rescue cats for RSPCA so can research online. Great thing is that you find out cat's personality which helps. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bought home my forever cat!

I have been shopping at Petbarn for years and have always been happy with the service and products etc. Over the past 6 weeks however I have been so impressed with the staff especially Michael who has helped me endlessly to find food, treats and other options for my very sick dog who also lost her appetite. Michael has been so patient and understanding and very helpful with his knowledge on the multiple occasions I drop into the store. Not once did he give up trying to help us. His love for dogs shines through and I can't thank him enough for finding a solution for us.

My two dogs are regulars at the groomers here, including my elderly border collie x. The staff are always gentle and patient with the dogs, and really seem to learn their personalities. Neither dog likes bath time when I’m doing it, but they always trot over to the grooming door enthusiastically when we enter the store - they can’t wait to catch up with their friends!

Good range, and the staff are really helpful, without needing to be asked. Michael was very understanding and compassionate about the recent loss of our beloved pup.
They've got an excellent range which we can tap into to prepare for our new puppy. I'm glad they have a loyalty program.

My baby Bear had his first groom at Petbarn Windsor.
It was such a beautiful experience and he absolutely loved it.

Took my 10year old long hair chihuahua for his first full groom. I was so nervous as his coat was so lovely but I wanted to make it easier for him in summer because it was quite thick and he is 10.
The girls took all of my "requirments" and assured me he was in safe hands.
2 hrs later I was picking up the most handsome little man. They did a great job! I was worried for nothing.
He looks a treat and will definitely be back to get a touch up in a few months.
My only concern is his new increased confidence.. this was not necessary but he knows he looks good so what can you do!

I've been going here for four years & of the four branches I've been to, this is my favourite. The staff are always friendly & you can ask them any question & they usually have a good answer for you. I've also had an eight month long serious issue getting my cats to eat & was trying & returning super premium foods & asking questions & generally feeling like a pest & telling my life story every time I went in & every single time every single staffer I encountered was wonderful & never gave me any grief, only help. Brilliant store. Best staff! Not the greatest choice of products but still good.

Staff helpful, nice and plenty of them to help customers. Good stock levels and had what I wanted. Price matched an item for me, so will buy dog food from them in future, rather than on line. Great

Outstanding service. I use Petbarn Windsor for food and accessories for our dog and cat and have always had great service. I also use the grooming service which is amazing. My teenager wanted to set up an aquarium and after two visits he now has new fish happily swimming around. Michael was a fountain of knowledge and very patiently answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Great range of products and very helpful staff. We have been there a couple of times and Virginia has always been so thoughtful with our Lily and patient with our questions. The grooming team is also great! Great service!
