Clydesdale Manor

Robert, the site manager and Linda were both very approachable and helpful. We stayed two at this glorious b & b. Room 6 was spacious and had a modern bathroom. Breakfast was self serve with a large variety. Ample parking with an English style garden. If in Hobart, this is where we will be staying.

A really comfortable stay, with the room we had being huge.

Linda was exceptionally friendly and eager to please.

The free breakfast was an added bonus.

Given the buildings age, we could hear people moving about in the hallway, however being such a boutique size, it was never really a problem.

We’d definitely stay again on our next trip.

My well maintained room, Room 6, had all I needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. The included self-serve breakfast was most welcomed in the sunroom overlooking the rear garden which receives the morning sun. The friendly, approachable on-site staff were most helpful in making your stay a pleasant one in the historical Manor house.

The Clydesdale Manor was the perfect accommodation for us while spending the last few days of our holiday in Hobart. Linda, the housekeeper there was so welcoming, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay.

This place deserves 6 stars! A wonderful, quiet manor house, beautiful rooms, plenty of self service continental breakfast, and really wonderful staff. Close to a great range of restaurants, and a nice stroll to Battery Point and on the to waterfront. Can't recommend this place enough.

I find it hard to find a fault about the place. Extremely clean. Comfortable. Convenient quiet . No children around. Well priced. Good generous continental breakfast in a sunny warm room a great start to the day

Loved this place. The rooms were immaculate, staff friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was lovely with lots of selections.
Very centrally located, close to the city and within walking distance to the casino.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely adored the place. All the rooms were stunning. The lounge and dining rooms were a wonderful surprise and breakfast was nice.The gardens were beautiful. Great location close to lots of restaurants and near the water. Will definitely stay here again.

Upmarket B&B in excellent location with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Private, quiet rooms with plenty of space. Simple but fulfilling breakfast included. Great alternative to staying in the CBD.

Definitely coming back here on my next trip down. 18+, port & fireplace to drink and chat with other locals/travelers.

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful heritage building. The independent nature of the check in is brilliant, great for the independent traveller. The included breakfast is also delicious!

Everything about this Manor is stunning. Its honestly amazing vale for $. (So private and quaint!)

Lovely quaint accomodation in walking distance to nice pub, cafe etc and a short drive to Hobart City. Breakfast was included and very good.

Really comfortable room with heated floors in the ensuite. Complimentry (I hope) port in the lounge and the breakfast is simple but sensational!
