Jack Frost were excellent to deal with when my car's evaporator stopped working. They were quick to identify the problem and gave a reasonable quote with clear pricing. On the day that my car was repaired, they had a 1-2 day job done in 6 hours. The receptionists at the main desk are also lovely to talk to and very helpful when explaining things.

Excellent communication and service from the first phone call to book my car in, to the day my car was worked on. Staff were very efficient and friendly and all work carried out was explained beforehand and itemised on the invoice, which was a reasonable price. I called Jack Frost (spoke with Tracey who was brilliant) on a Monday with issues with my car aircon, hoping, but not feeling lucky, for a quick turnaround. They were able to find me a time only 2 days later, and had the car back to me same day. Service was excellent, everyone I spoke with were professional and friendly, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing car aircon servicing.

This is a great team here at Jack Frost Mt Gravatt. You can book easily online but if you need to call to discuss a more complex problem, the ladies who make your booking are very switched on and pleasant. The technician actually phoned me to keep me informed of how the job was going. I think it was the boss who waited for me at 5.30pm so I could collect my car, and he took the time to explain my car's situation.

On this lovely sunny Friday 8 September 2023, I brought my white Honda CRV 2002, which needed its AC repaired as its condenser and compressor had failed. I'm a fairly new international student went here to choose this service was because I read some good reviews on the google so I showed the quote they gave me and discussed it with some Australian redditors. The reviews are true! The service they give is the best and also the price is affordable! My car is now ready to travel with my family in the beautiful Australian summer!

The team was amazing. I was actually told by other mechanics that I had a leak or something and could potentially cost over $1k to fix as it may require the removal of my dash. The team at Jack Frost diagnosed that it was just the seals that were the issue. Could not recommend highly enough if you have any aircon issue. Other mechanics over quoted and misdiagnosed, but the team at Jack Frost got it fixed quickly, for a reasonable price, and with great expertise and professionalism. Tracey at the front desk is excellent too. Hopefully won’t be returning, but they will be my first choice if anything goes wrong in the future and I will recommend to family and friends.

My AC was playing up on my CX-5 so I took it to Jack Frost as it was nearby and had excellent reviews. They diagnosed the issue in under an hour and had it fixed before lunch the same day. Great communication and fair pricing - Definitely recommend!

We couldn't be happier, Jack frost has done multiple work to our vehicle. The first lot was a 12 pin plug Anderson plug Electric Breaks Fitted our uhf 2nd round dual battery set up behind the seat Great quality of work neat and tidy both justin and the other worker explained everything to me with set up when picking car up how it worked customer service has been amazing. You managed to secure an appointment for me and as a result my daughter and I enjoyed a cool trip in the car to Newcastle pre Xmas. She had a jumper on in the car and my toes were very cool.
